I want to join an astrology forum.... Here in I read a lot of weird things.

If you're looking for astro-serious discussions - you could try an obvious one like Astro.com (that's the most popular site for astro-charts - presumably the best free tool).

Depends what you mean by serious. If you want to get a taste of North Korea (a place that's ruled by dictatorship - an i do mean "ruled" / the owner has a dictatorship complex), then yeah... you could try Lindaland. The more you stay there (as an active member) - the more obvious this will be (like working in a corporation - whit an obnoxious authority - where ass-kissing comes with the territory - both encouraged and expected / false compliments work like a charm). In past 15 years i had my share of social networks, of forums and such... and that's most obnoxious place - i ever encountered... 😖 My experience with that place - literally gave me a puking/vomiting sensation... 🤮 It can be quite abusive to say the least (abuse of authority - that is). And OFC - there's no freedom of speech. Couple of months after i left that place - my sense of well being actually improved (as if a big weight was lifted of my chest) and same goes for my sense of freedom (kinda like escaping from North Korea - into the free world / i wish this was joke 😟). I honestly witnessed people getting depressed (due to being oppressed on daily basis) - while being members there (and yet, they stuck around and put up with that shit - simply because they made connections and got attached to that place - prior to realizing what they're getting into).

So, yeah, it's serious (seriously deranged / in a different way than DXP 🙃). A lot like a cult. You couldn't even register for awhile - cause the owner wasn't whiling to put up with possible/new rebels (people who would stand-up against his abusive ways - which for obvious reasons - kept happening once in awhile / that's what got most people banned there). Just one of the ways in which - he was trying to exercise more control (thus - the comparison with a cult / a virtual cult that is).

As a passive member (just having some astrology related debates - once in awhile) - you probably won't notice. Was same for me at first - while spending time only in the astrology section (focused on astrology alone / without getting involved with the community - by making connections/friends and such).

i like elsa elsa boards alot. lots of great information, thick with good, juicy long term experience too (shes got over 40 years experience)

and she's happily married. She used to talk about her relationsihp OPENLY about her and her husband's interaction in the past, i remember, it was fun and you can feel the compatibility and goodness between them but she stopped doing so, even mentioned it here... i dont know much about lindaland but they have alot of good information for astro-junkies like me. lol

i just usually google something and lindaland always shows up. i think @ands is a normal poster there in the past cause i saw him post alot.

i have seen astrology weekly on and off....they seem really really SERIOUS

not goofing off like here on dxp, there's a few seriousness here on this site but mainly lots of goofballs and fun.
