You're not the first person to tell me that. I notice that I seem to relate more to Cancer's astrology than Sagittarius.

I do, but that's because I have many other placements and Houses in Scorp & the 8th. Scorp is my chart ruler.Maybe you have some other Cancer placements or placements in the 4th House?

I have a Sag moon/ascent.
I often fluctuate between feeling like a Crab to feeling like a Centaur .
Those can be two extremes in my opinion.

Because my chart ruler is moon and my birth date is ruled by moon and also...I have a bowl pattern chart where my leading planet(if that's what the dominant "rim" planet is called) is moon!
My moon is in a stellium with NN part of the stellium. And here the moon holds lowest degree in this stellium.
My moon must be sitting on a throne guiding me in my actions and behaviour consciously or subconsciously

I am actually. It's terrible, but I'm managing well. I don't even think my blind optimism is helping right now.

Me too. And people describe me that way also.. I'm a sag sun but a Leo moon... And I can literally feel the lioness side sometimes... Lol. Proud, prideful, determined, genuine... It's me...
I'm not really vain but my friends do call me shallow about who I'm dating. But that's not the case, it's just I don't like ugly people... And I don't like ugly attitudes.. Lol.

Your pic looks like a Scorp moon absolutely. I do feel a lot like my moon sign. I'm a fiery Taurus. Lol.
I'm like my Moon sign very often. Maybe because Cat is said to be like Pisces. I chose my AC and as a result I got tripple Cat for day and month and year. I can be Sag for an episode then my Cat comes and wants HOME and sofa instead of mountains, parks and streets. But maybe I have only some kind of bipolar character order.

Lately, I've been noticing that I behave more like my moon sign (Cancer) and less like my sun sign (Sagittarius).I haven't been as happy-go-lucky or having a devil may care attitude as usual. I've been more emotional and less spontaneous. I've been craving stability in every aspect of my life and while I'm not saying that I never wanted stability, I'm saying that I haven’t been as free as usual (if that makes sense).
Do any of y'all behave more like your moon sign?
We have the same placement. Sag sun/Cancer moon here.- lot of Sag people have been feeling this way over the past few years, I know I have.
I can't tell if it's just growing up or something but I crave how happy I used to be.

I'm sure the optimism does not leave us. But the happiness. It's not good to be addicted to it. Cause life does not make sure that it is always possible. So we should be able to do the same stuff and follow our responsibilities even if it does not feel joyfull anymore. I speak from experience. I've learned that I expect too much if I expect a happy life in all moments. How can one be happy when a dear one is fussering from Cancer. We should be prepared. And do our best whenever we can.
Also others are addicted to our happiness. We should show them that we have our downs too. As they do.
Hard to say. It's strong though.

When people tell me they are nothing like their sun sign, I like to point this out to them. But I also point out that the characteristics of any sign, belongs to the sign and not the person. How much of those characteristics are present in you depends on a great many factors and placements, and the moon is one of the biggest.
