My sister has Gemini Mercury in her 4th House. I think she's quite honest although she does have a way with words and knows how to gets with she wants with people she can fool into thinking she's being honest when she isn't being that way completely.

I can def see that. Typical for most Gemini placements. Silver tongue. It’s like their very own form of intuition. Being a Gemini rising I have the capability to tap into that behavior but I choose not to.
