Effective Ways to Relieve Headaches

To get rid of a headache, try resting in a quiet, dark room, staying hydrated, and applying a cold or warm compress. Over-the-counter pain relievers can also help, but if headaches persist, consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.

A small bottle of Gatorade or Pedialite can cure 75% of headaches.

Hmm

Dehydration?

That's interesting-- didn't know that.

I bought pedilite after a night of drinking and I must say, it tasted like Sunday morning ice cream.

Bad part is, I drank it from a man's fridge who supplied it for his 3 yr old son

I chugged from that pedilite gallon like it was gold.

From what I understand, if it's not a headache caused by an obvious source, then it can be helped by restoring the sodium-potassium balace in your body.

It's worked for me, and I've even noticed it heads off migraines if I catch them soon enough.

Diet?

I'm assuming diet has something to do with it.

Like as in it caused the headache to begin with and it has the cure.

It could just be the extra potassium lowers the blood pressure enough to help relieve the pain.

Are you suggesting more bananas?

That might work, although the sports drinks/baby diarhea drink would easier and faster to absorb.

I find it best to live a healthy life style to prevent headaches. They are rare when I live healthy
