She has a good Aquarius friend at work, a guy who's kinda sick of taking care of irresponsible people, they would be perfect for each other (she's very methodical). Time will tell. Realising the possibility that you and your wife could be more compatible with others is great. But if things are already great at the home front, why not work with what you already have?
There's something unsettling to me about having the mentality that your partner found who they perceive as their soulmate, and given the option that when things are not as great between you they already have one foot out the door. (I'm not claiming that's what you're doing, it's just the situation provides this possibility.) Though maybe that's my lesson to learn: that things flow and people can easily leave you and undervalue you if they feel the grass is greener elsewhere.
Regarding your situation, it is great to feel such a connection and find someone who aspects your chart in such a rare way. Since a person will not be able to meet everyone who aspects their chart accordingly, it's nice to meet someone who does. Sometimes it's also good to look at it as an adventure, that it's great that you met but there doesn't have to be anything more that develops from it. (Idk if that makes sense. Lol.)
