Imo Scorpios tend to go for people when they want to get ahead of them or gain more power. They might be the one fixed sign most likely to seek revenge, but truth be told most just fantasize about it, then put the idea to the side for if they truly need to use it to get ahead one day.

Welp I'm only close with two other scorpios and neither are paranoid or obssessive. But judging by the tweets of other scorpios I'm acquainted with I guess some can get obsessive and really buzzkill-ish ? But never vengeful.

oh yeah i know what you mean. as long as it's nothing astrociious.
it can be something they were pissed off about and then let it go (i know what? let it go?) lol but honestly if it's not too astrocious and bad, they will let it go...but scorpio, water signs have long memories you see...
so when something comes up to make them remember, they're gonna hit it to ya and make you suffer for a bit.
then let it go...until the next opportunity arises.

edit -- "enemy" you can be their beloved family member but no one is perfect, so when you do something that will make them angry for abit they'll just remember, and you are the "enemy" for that few seconds or minutes. And you'll feel like shit cause whatt?? i have seen it alot in real life, with family and friends. but it's not really enemy.
i'm trying to remember many instances. It can be stuff like you left the dishes in the sink and they've told you over and over again not to. of course that's just annoying. oh well if i can remember the instances i'll let ya all know, i just dont remember at this time cause it's not really important.
oh i hate people leaving dishes in the sink btw, only i get to do that. lol but that's a terrible example.
Cancers use the bullying as fuel, and they express it as anger, l havent really seen passive agressive behavior, except in Cancer women. But Scorpios are pure hatred, they act normal but sting you infinite times....Aries have a quick anger always, and Caps are mean ?
Scorpios, but I'm surprised by Virgos too.

Uh, physiologically that would be us Pisceans. Let me explain: If a man did me wrong (cheated on me) and I left them (I have) I see the ex years later and they GAINED weight (Virgo) and/or were sent to jail (Scorpio)! OMG! 😱
If someone, like say, a DXP member (AKA Troll) speaks ugly words to me about: not meeting someone, not falling in love with someone, etc., and I BLOCK them 😈 that DXP member will have problems ITSELF (not herself nor himself since it's an IT in my eyes)! It's as if IT spoke negatively to me and IT will have one's finger pointing directly back at them! So be it! They will have BAD luck (moving violation ticket, car accident, getting fired, having to go to court, financial, NO LOVE in that department, fights, etc!). You just DON'T say those mean words to a Piscean. I've SEEN it even at work! 1) employee diagnosed with cancer and no longer works at my bldg (I work for the Army) 2) employee promoted and left my bldg (thank God!) 3) One going thru a divorce as we speak. We Pisceans don't have to do anything. All we do is patiently sit back, listen, watch and we'll find out what happened to said person that did us wrong.

My recent Cancer ex put some sort of poisoning in a man's drink because he physically harmed her child. Odds are it was traceable, and she only put enough to make him terribly sick. So it is indeed "holy hell". But not that smart.
Gemini, yes and no. When they actually build some form of resentment or snap. They can jump to do somethin they know will fuck you up at the snap of a finger. But if anything delays the execution or they are confronted with the reality of how fucked up it is, they will likely back off and release whatever resentment just as quick. If they do happen to actually do something, then they will almost always regret it after and not want to do it ever again.
Besides, I really don't know what you are talkin about. Gemini are very hard to piss off. They are most likely to just resort to something petty because you did. Turn it around back on you.
