have you ever dated a Leo sun male, or a Libra sun male, Copperdove? Or at least a libra dominant or leo dominant man?

what have you seen/observed if you have.

my sister is with a libra dominant man but he has leo mars, and his planets are in 11th, so he has a kind of not giving a shit attitutde, plus the leo mars tend to be very strong.
however his libra comes out with equality in relationships. Libra domiannt is Always equal with relationships.
his clothing taste is not good though, he's an outdoorsy man, with old jeans and T-shirts. but he's clean. So i find it weird.
maybe because of all the energies in his chart. being 11th house, and he's a Virgo sun, with Leo mars.

That's very interesting with your sister's partner! I've noticed that too with Libra dominants and the focus on equality (which I like, because I share that value). I agree that the 11th house can result in a bit of a don't give a shit attitude.

I've had more experience with dating Libra suns, and Libra dominant men, than Leo suns or Leo dominant men, so far. But I've had several Leo sun friends who I've gotten to know fairly well. All of the Leo suns have strong Virgo influences in their chart (2 or more personal planets in Virgo). I can still see that sunny Leo quality in them, it's just tempered with the cooler earth quality of Virgo. They come across like a warm, but not hot, day that is somewhat overcast, you could say. Early fall weather instead of summer.

The Libra suns/dominants I've known have had what might be called a more classic kind of taste (more tailored and traditional) than the Leos with what they wear and what they seem to appreciate on women. The Leos have had a bit of a bolder look with their own style, even if they're just being casual, notably with their hair (choosing to wear it longer than average) and seem to like a bolder look on women as well.

All of them, Libra and Leo, seem to be keenly aware of beauty and will comment on it. They, more than other signs I've dated/known well, will compliment my clothes frequently, particularly my shoes. They will have suggestions about what might look good on me. They don't say this in a controlling way, they're just keen to share their sense of aesthetics)

Men I've dated, of all signs, have tended to have an outdoorsy look, because they are outdoorsy (I imagine my Sag placements make me drawn to that) but it's still tidy and has a put-together effect even when super casual. Their jeans will fit them well, for example, and t-shirts will be tucked in. They often seem to be concerned that they don't look ideal, though, and will comment on that when I compliment them. They will say that they look bummy in their work clothes and I always tell them, honestly, that they look good in them. They somehow manage to look tidy even when they

got cut off!!! anyway, thanks for that, copperdove! your posts are very insightful and intelligent.
it's very different with leo dominant that's for sure. My leo dominant man doesn't care for career ambitious women. But my libra sun brother in law and libra domiannt brother in law likes that. of course if the leo dominant has libra dominant, that throws a new look into the energies.

hm i take that back, libra sun with pisces moon brother in law had a girlfriend who was a drug addict and had several children with several men, including him and abandoned her baby to him and he raised that baby with his parents. So he is very responsible with parenting and won't abandon his duties and responsibilities and love his child. So, basically he got caught up in crappy women, who are not ambiitous and career minded. So it just happens that my sister is that type and he got Lucky because she helped raise his child too, and she loves children ALOT. but equality in that he took care of responsibilies like being a house-husband for awhile while my sister worked. he didnt just sit around and play video games. he did alot of responsibilities, so there is Always equality. I'm kind of that way too, but i'm the woman not the man. so there is an equality in me too, that i do my duties, responsibilities, but i am very old fashioned, and traditional. My husband is very conventional, traditional too. so it works out wonderfully.

@lisabethur8 You're welcome! Your posts are very insightful and intelligent too. I've learned a lot from them, and smile and laugh a lot when you write things that add humour. 🙂

I wonder if your Libra sun with Pisces moon brother in law was a saviour type, in an unhealthy way, with his choices in relationships before he met your sister. I've seen that with some Pisces influenced people I've known - very compassionate people, but that can go too far until they learn (often the hard way) to be with partners who aren't endlessly troubled and draining.

So yay, now he gets to use his nurturing side (the Cancer parts of himself, and Pisces) in a positive way, being with your sister and looking after kids. It must be a huge change for him!

@lisabethur8 I'd say I have some traditionalism in my makeup too with relationships, yet the focus on equality and individuality is still very strong. So I don't mind being rather domestic, as long as I'm respected for my skills and it isn't an expectation of my partner's that I have to assume that role every minute, no matter what. So, I'm not just "the little woman" to them, even though I am physically quite small, lol. They like that I'm nurturing, but they don't want me to function like a mother would with a young child, doing pretty much everything (picking up after them, for example) that is domestic-y.

@Sugarfoot Great examples, thanks! I wasn't familiar with Deion Sanders and looking at pictures of him online that I looked up, I immediately saw what you mean about the second group of Leos. Your Libra examples are very helpful too, to illustrate a Libra kind of style.
I think Jackie O is a good example of the first type of Leo.

Another great example, thanks! 🙂

A related question for Leo and Libra influenced people:

Do you look forward to opportunities that will require that you dress up more than you do in your daily life, to attend events and parties that are more formal than casual, for example?

If you have any insight into your chart and how it influences your preference with this, please post that info with your answer, thanks!
