Please help me understand my Aqua friend.

I have known this young lady since Junior High. We weren't really tight until HS tho, we remained close friends even after school ended. We had a really big blow out in 07 and then another one on '09, and and we just started to get cool again, due to me seeing her brother and exchanging info again. The same reason I started to distance myself from her in '09 is coming up again. For some reason she feels she knows all the truths of the world and that I should listen/ do what she does because she is so elightened. If anyone of you know how Aries roll, we hate to be told what to do, further more we hate unsolicited advice. With that being said, if your delivery is sincere and makes sense then im lisitening. I don't kow everything. She is a manager at her job and has been complaining to me that her team doesnt listen or respect her and Im starting to see exactly why. she critisizes and lectures people beyond belief. She told me yesterday that the reason I have been unlucky in love is because I am not a good girlfriend O_o, and I didnt ask her. This is coming from a girl who maniulates men for her gain and cheated on most of her bfs. I spent the last two days chilling with her and the whole time she lectured to me about the Masons, god, and her beliefs, almost no fun was had. As we were about to depart each other this morning she began again to tell me about myself. We met a gentlemen yesterday, who treated us both to the movies he happens to live in my neighborhood. This morning I asked him if he could give me a ride a to work, he had extended himself the day before and I had to get to work early so I asked. It was very early in the AM so I really didnt expect him to answer, but gave it a shot anyway to save some cab money. As I was grooming in the bathroom I asked her to watch my phone to see if he responds. She let me know he didnt and her reasoning why was because I was too blunt, again I didnt ask her. My exact words were: can you give me a ride to work?

She said you can get anything you want from people in this world you just have to know what to say and that I should have given him more of an explanation as to why I needed a ride. Her reasoning behind why I should listen to what she has to say is that she works with people everyday, as do I, so what is she really saying? So basically she is encouraging me to manipulate people. Anyway she finished off with, your really fiesty, with me and you probably came off the same way with him.

A. she ha no idea what was discussed with me and him or how I came off.

B. yes when your friend is constantly on your ass about who your are, anyone would be defensive or fiesty as she called it.

C. What is really going on with this chick?

I have already decided that she is on time-out. But I have to think long and hard about revisiting this friendship again, I'm not sure of her intentions and I think her unsolicited advice is coming from a bad place.

The reason I cut ties with her in 09 was for the same reason, but too long to type.

O and he responded to me an hour later with : im sorry i was sleep as most people are on Sundays at 7 am. But she said that wasnt a possibility and that he wasnt sleep.

Well Aquarius woman... do you know her moon sign?? Although she does sound pure Aquarius! There is one inherent desire of every Aquarian - to be unique and original in all sorts of ways, she is like a butterfly which flies to every flower but belongs to none...

They are by nature crazy.. its like the coin with the two sides... worst than gemini... really!!! One moment she is witty, humanitarian and clever and the next moment she is unemotional sarcastic bitch... She likes to nag and "correct" people, and she does it with such a passion as she is sure that what she says is the only truth....

She can be very generous but also very very bitchy. She feels confident but deep down might not be.

Although please dont get me wrong, and i will not angry with her way she told you about messaging this guy, but if i was you i would write it a bit different like: Goodmorning, if you are asleep hope i didnt wake you up, i was just wondering if you are awake, and if you going to work today? So you could give me a ride too? As i would be glad to save some money on the taxi...

But now if you tell her her mistakes she will back you off, BUT if you show her that her actions and words have hurt you in a calm way she will understand.

Your friend sounds strange. Normally we dont give opinions or advice unless asked for it. Most ppl dont like what we have to say bcoz its always blunt, so we keep quiet for that reason. She sounds like she is jealous of u. Sum of the things u said about her arent aqua traits, but that of an insecure person trying to feel great by trampling on another. Aqua or not, she is a toxic individual, kick her to the gutter. Sumtimes exes (friends or boyfriends) are exes for a reason

Most Aquas think they know everything - at least that was my experience w/ Aqua men. One in particular thought he knew the secrets of the universe. Granted, he was very smart, but he was an asshole about it. And was always trying to read ppl. Its a no brainer really though. Shes a bitch. Stop fuckin with her.

On the flip side of that, I am finding that Aries think they know everything too. But they are not as aggressive with it. They hate to be told what to do or questioned in any way. You two will never be friends. LOL

Dreamer, we do KNOW, lol. Remember thats our catch phrase, its not 'i dont know', so who are we to go against that, huh? But i do agree with u, the are indeed subtler ways to deliver the 'knowledge'. I would have to agree. Usually we dont ram our advice down a persons throat because of how blunt we are. And we are information junkies and always willing to share what we learn with everyone which puts us off as know it alls. As for the Aquarius female/ Aries female relationship. You can toss that up as a loss. I speak from experience. I'm an Aquarius, my mother is an Aries. We dont get along. I tried to tell her how to use this new mop I bought her (because I have the same kind), she told me I'm always trying to tell her what to do. So I shut up about it, I came for a visit right now and the mop is broken. She is sick and dont like for me to take care of her. But my brothers are never around.

Also I have had two Aries friends in my life. We fell out because 1 used to tell all my business to people. The other finally got a man that wanted to stick around and she lost touch with everyone.
They are both Facebook friends now. Barely talk to them. The first one lives one block from me.

LOL Well, I was married to an Aqua and now Im dating an Aries. Hes borderline arrogant! But hes really sweet, and tries so hard to be humble so it balances the arrogance. LOL..but he really IS quite intelligent on many a subject.

I agree w/ you tho Watercup, in my experience, Aquas generally dont give unsolicited advice. I love Aqua women..this girl sounds like a straight up BITCH.

Lol we do think we know everything, sag's too and sometimes Leo. Shoot every sign can be like that, thats fine everyone should be confident in their ablilities, opinions or whatever. My closest cousin is a aqua and we were so tight growing up, rarely bumped heads, and she always listened to me and treated me as an equal even though i was 5 years younger. I had so many great times with my cousin and my aqua stepdad. I generally get along with them.

I know a few of aqua woman who I got along great with, I think it might have to do with her personally. Anyone can get along with anyone it just depends on the willingness on both parties involved.
