Pluto in the 11th house - Withdrawing from groups?!

A friend of mine have this placement and currently the transit Sun is conjuncting it. She had a situation in her office where people was talking awful stuff behind her back and now she is kinda of isolating herself from the group (co-workers).

anyone experienced with this placement?
