It seems like people with this placement are probably the hardest to pursue and date. I've noticed that the people who have this placement from my efforts tend to be the toughest to get to commit and in many ways, seem to come off as generally cold emotionally. They also tend to be calculative and manipulative, experts at keeping you on your toes of not really being sure of if you're friendzoned or if they're into you or not. When I speak to them and ask if they're interested, the answers are always ambiguous and are usually always, "time will tell."

I've dealt with Scorpio and Leo suns with this placement, and both are very hesitant on dating anyone for that matter. The Leo sun however, is caught on her ex still even after being cheated on multiple times. Anyway, my point of this thread is, people with this placement, does it take you a long time to decide on a person and if so, what are the qualities that make you desire to be with that person?

Venus in Virgo here..

To answer your question: i need to feel i can trust you.. i need to feel safe with you..

Ofc, my main problem is i get bored easily, so i need a man that i can learn from, that can be a challenge for me.. that can cope with my mood changes..

i fall for emotionally stable men, who are confident..

thank God i found one 😉

Before finding one, does it usually take longer for you to trust and feel safe with a person of interest? What are you trying to learn from your potential partner? Like all of these things I feel (and I'm not putting your response down here, just genuinely interested), are generic and qualities that all people would like from their potential partner regardless of sign. Who wouldn't want to feel safe with their lover? Who wouldn't want to be able to trust their partner? Who doesn't want an emotionally, confident, stable person? I'm sure most people want those traits from their lover. It just seems like for Venus in Virgo people, it takes MUCH longer compared to others.

It seems like they're extra picky, and have a harder time trusting anyone of interest. But it's confusing to me because the irony in that is how could one earn someone's else's trust, without providing them a chance to prove that one could even be trusted?

As far as the needing to trust thing, I back this 100% . I find that I test by listening to each and every detail of what you say and remember it. I will have you earn my trust by keeping a full account of if you slip upon discussing these things again. I will probably never even mention to you that you slipped. But the more those instances happen, i will back further and further away. When someone says a Venus in Virgo needs to feel secure and is very methodical in their dealings, this is an example.

I can see where Virgo venus crushes the leo venus hopes and romance lol

For instance...

Him: yes and we'll have a fire place in our room. We'll make it happen.itll be so cozy and nice can you imagine?

Me: tha fuck do we need that for?

Him: to cozy cuddle in our bed in the morning.

Me: That's one more fire place to clean. Come back down to earth, dude. That's a few thousand for this this and this. Wake up in the morning and cozy downstairs by the fire.

Him: ok, it's excessive but still

Me: head shake

Hahahahahahha!!! This!!!!

I have Virgo in Venus and Mars. I can be very cold and calculated in love. I wouldn't say its hard to date me per-say, but it is hard to keep me interested. I am very critical, but not in away of being condescending. I honestly want to just improve the people of love.
cold and calculative, i definitely want to go home with that.

I said "I can be". Not that I am that way always. I was responding to the OP's question of asking if we can be that way... We can. But usually just calculated as a subconscious emotional defense.

I might not always verbally express myself to her...

But she knows how I feel when I put that plate of almond crusted trout, rice pilaf, roasted haricots verts and that glass of Pinot Blanc in front of her.

You are making us all jealous with such a delicious plate of food. 😆

That was just last night's dinner.

Almond crusted trout, have not had it in a while. Delicious!

Nonetheless, she is lucky to be able to enjoy such a meal but I bet you get as much enjoyment out of it, preparing it for her and seeing her eat it.

What is for dinner tonight?

Virgents could get a bit lazy with everything else if they are too preoccupied mentally, it takes a loving partner to pull them back to earth and ensure they are well.

I am sure she treats him just fine.

Well, we enjoy watching drama (tele shows and what not) but we do not create or participate in it.

You still hate me for being happy with a Virgent?

Tomato soup and grilled cheese.

But the soup is with tomatoes from our garden and I have 4 cheeses, prosciutto, and some good fresh bread for the sandwiches.

Mmm, sound divine. Simple but hearty and good.

Fresh ingredients and / or locally sourced are always the key to a good meal if and when possible.

What cheeses did you use? Is there any Gorgonzola or Stracchino in it?

With plenty of extra cheese ”accidentally" falling onto the griddle to caramelize since she loves "burnt" cheese.

See what I mean? I will intentionally get cheese all over my cast iron griddle just to satisfy her burnt cheese fetish. I'll bitch about the clean up the entire time, of course...

I have this placement. I actually heard is one of the worst signs Venus can be in. I'm not sure how much influence it has on my chart but I relate a lot to it.

I'm a Venus dominate so that could be why :-)

So, I would agree that we can be difficult to pursue. I think it's just a lot of insecurity that prevents us from being with somebody. I think it was Alyssa Sharpes who said they have a list of things they look for. Some of the things that are deal breakers are very shallow and I can admit to this. I don't like smokers and more than likely I wouldn't date them despite anything else.

I'm fickle most of the time but it's because I'm afraid. I crave relationships and I don't have commitment issues. I push people away when they seem to be compaitible because then I know they are worthy if they stay. I also go after people that I know I wouldn't have a successful relationship with because the outcome is predictable. It's not like I do this intentionally. I just realized I do this because I fear getting hurt.

I have unrealistic standards sometimes and a tendency to be nitpicky. How Virgo. I wish that the people I cared about understood that I ask for a lot because I would give selflessly if I can.

I'm like a typical Virgo in love. I love serving people. I would stay at my exs house all day while he was at work to do his laundry and have dinner ready. I show love by doing things that makes their day easier. It makes me so happy but when they don't seem appreciative I genuinely feel hurt to my core. Maybe it's because when I was in kindergarten I made my crush a beaded bracelet and he threw it on the ground.

Ok so this is interesting....

The guy I can't stop thinking about has at least 3 placements that ppl say are difficult, all 3 of the placements have been called "cold & calculating", I have a good judge of douchiness from seconds of meeting someone, I didn't pick that up from him.

I don't know why I feel so sure about him at times, I battle w/ my logic everyday on this one and some days I feel like cutting him out of my life completely. But there's not enough miles, hair changes, boyfriends or time in the world to help get him out of my head. No fair! O well *finds food*

Sun: Cancer

Moon: Cap

Venus: Virgo
My Boyfriend has all these exact placements and with a Cap Mars. We get along exceptionally well. He is actually extremely warm, honest and loving.

Never considered myseld cold being Venus in Virgo, Leo sun, Virgo Mars. But to let it GO and open up as I yearn to do, you'd have to genuinely care for me, while being stimulating and expressive in your desire. I would never chase you but if I like you I'd encourage you and, only if you stay consistent with your attitudes giving me time to build trust, I'd show you affection any other sign would be envy of.

I need feel 1. Emotionally safe and desired while feeling this is not a passing whim of yours.

2. I need feel you are energetic and can keep it up past 3 dates PLEASE, actively communicating, being pleasantly cheeky and running deep sexual undercurrents without them being in my face but letting me sense them!

3. My Virgo can't stand uncertainty and mysterious silences or indifferent behaviour after the initial interest you showed me and I encouraged it. I did have bc I LIKED you otherwise I'd never ever bothered to give you green light.

The sad outcome would be I'd overanalyse your behaviour and most likely ruin any future here through the disrupted trust. i need feel a logical straightforward consistent pursue and build up from a man. If I feel I am on a shaky ground, in the dark as to where I have you, then you'll get that COLD icy treatment with passive-aggressive undertone that I see Virgo somehow got a part of their reputation. But this is bc we are vulnerable and badly protected, so we withdraw if damage is done.

When I CAN see that you genuine care about me while being a wild sexy beast, there ll be no stop in this natural earthy passion. You ll be swept up from your feet, cherished and sexed up to no end. We are honest and need it 100% back to let you see real us.

Just a side note. No holes in the socks or fake eye lashes when you try to date VVs.

Can't be that bad if I managed to bag one. 😄

I'm also the only gf he's had in about a decade so there's that, I guess. Self contained units don't require another person to make them whole. Things got serious super fast, but I could see the next stage taking a while. He's Virgo rising, sun, Venus and Mars so kinda picky and extremely particular. Likes his things just so. Not a doubt in my mind what I mean to him and we're in this for the long haul, but he also loves his apartment and they've had a really good run. 😆

One thing I noticed? It felt too easy in the beginning. My moon was about ready to sabotage the whole thing! Then, as a fellow earth sun with a Virgo Mars, it finally hit me. It didn't feel effortless because he wasn't invested, it felt effortless because he was. We were both doing those little, behind the scenes things, to make life easier on the other.

Uhmm... what else? He's both snuggly and wuggly. Not afraid of a lil PDA. He's mentioned that not being normal behavior tho. I get it. Aqua Venus is weird like that too. We're either sanitary and sterile AF or you can't tell where one of us ends and the other begins.

Anyway, a mutual friend said he likes us together, to which the Boy replied, "We just gel". That's the thing about self contained units. You really gotta gel.
You're an aqua venus with a Virgo venus? Damn I stay attracting virgo venus, my sister is an aqua venus too and same for her. Glad yours has a happy ending.

I'm a Venus in aqua attracted to Venus in Virgo. I noticed this pattern right away. My ex was a Venus and Mars in Virgo. Ugh. It was a very passionate relationship but his insecurities and need to rush things destroyed it all.

I must come off as ice cold…men never have a chance 😢

Sun/Mercury/Mars/Venus in Virgo and Capricorn Moon.

Posted by earlorg16
So how do Venus in Virgo people show they're attracted?
Venus in Virgo: "Their gifts are less showy, but perhaps far more generous -- gifts of devotion and attention to details about you. Venus in Virgo men and women quietly (and often slowly) make their way into your heart."

They point out intimate details about you. When you think they aren't paying attention, they are. I've had a Gemini ex who was a geologist and loved rocks and talking about them and collecting them. I tried my best to be fascinated by it and some of it did, but for the most part it bored me :/ and he could sense that. Anyhow, one time I went exploring I stumbled upon a quartz rock fossil with coral and shells imbedded in it at the beach. He collected rocks and I figured he’d love it so I kept it and gave it to him. Years after our break up we reconnected and he brought up how he still has that rock because it was the most meaningful gift he’s received from any female. Pay attention to signs. If you mention you like a famous band, maybe a nobody band, one that isn’t popular then later down the road she hears about they’re in town, she may surprise you with tickets. Or if you’ve never tried something before and talk about how you’ve always wanted to try something she’ll make note of that.

Or if you’ve never tried something before and talk about how you’ve always wanted to try something she’ll make note of that.

ahh very nice and duly noted. 🙂

And by the way this works vice versa. You can grab her interest by focusing on details about her. It may be through normal conversation, but if she happens to mention the topic more than once on different occasions you better take mental note of it. Nothing melts my heart like a man who has been paying attention to my words and uses it against me in a loving gesture /swoon.
