I feel unlucky because I have only Chiron Cancer in the 2nd house and its really true...I feel that I can easy influence other people feelings, self esteem and motivation. People often come to me for advice but on the otherside its hard to do the same for me.

I have a lot of things but not too much cash on hand. Most of those things came to me as great deals. I purchased the rental house from someone in a hurry to sell. It was $ 18,500! I did put work into it, but I also lived there for 10 years. I am doing repairs now and will list it on September 1 for $ 89,000

I purchased the house I'm in now during a market rough patch. It was new construction and on the market for a while. $ 178,000 but could easily sell it for $ 250,000 and didn't have to put anything into it.

Boat was on Craigslist. Guy's brother died and left him the boat. Wife wanted it out of the garage. It was dead of winter. $ 5000 for a $ 20,000 boat.

Some stocks and 401k that are doing ok. Life insurance rop that has value but I need to work on cash savings. I spend too easily.

I have Venus mercury and pluto there. I have had periods where I was well off and at a young age too. Had a good job where I could pay bills and have extra party money, had a car that ran good and was paid for. I even made a great living selling weed. And then......I lost every mother fucking thing I had. Crash dummy shit being a drunk and being hot headed at a factory job I had for 4 years. Got laid off, wrecked numerous cars, had warrants that were 1000 bucks each, had to pay 5 grand in 6 months or go to jail....



I guess what Im saying about my 2nd house is i have had periods of stability and I have had periods where I lost everything. But I always get it back 10 fold??

For sure, makes all sense. Pluto is about transformation...It will destroy and repair but as an outer planet this changes are above your control. Pluto is deep, it will teach you about resilience

Venus opposite Moon so you go either way...Your moon position suggests that you are reckless in your emotional responses and this brings unpredictability too...Venus in Libra is about luxury, the good life, well known brands, clothing and etc...the 5th house gives a boost as this is the house of having fun...So when you need to balance your emotions with your pleasure.

I have retro Mercury and retro Venus in Gemini there. My brother also have Mercury and retro Venus in Virgo 2nd house. As far as money is concerned, we are doing pretty ok. We're planning to do business later, such a waste of good resources otherwise.
