What star signs make good candidates when they're in a position of power?

Kinda a discussion thread here since I want to see results.

Typically speaking in my opinion, Cardinal and Fixed signs make the best people in power, and mutable signs make the worst, reason being they're more at their elements to lead and fixed signs are mostly obsessed with power (Leo/Scorps).

In my list of good candidates, I put:

1) Libra

2) Capricorn

3) Scorpio

4) Leo

5) Aries

6) Cancer

7) Taurus

8) Aqua

9) Virgo

10) Sag

11) Gemini

12) Pisces

What do you all think?

Libra at least has Putin-like qualities, I'll give you that.

Is Putin a Libra? He sounds pretty Scorpio/Aries like in a sense to me.

The fact that he usually does violent or dangerous sports seems like he's Mars influenced in some form.

Mutable can be in power positions due to them being both a learner and a teacher.

Mutable gain knowledge and pass it on, thus bringing everyone up to a higher level.

Mutable adapt and by textbook are communication.

Mutable make great leaders especially in positions that put them in touch directly with people.

History didn't suggest that though. Very few leaders fall under the mutable section.
