Hey, thanks for your input! I get the practical side of things, but I’ve actually been singing in concerts already, and I’m not doing this for the paycheck… we all have jobs, but playing music is about the love for it. It’s about connecting with the audience, giving them something they can feel. That’s what drives me—not the money, but the passion for music and the joy of sharing it with others. Keepin’ it real and enjoying the ride, you know?

Ok, I get it , but maybe the musicians need the paycheck. In any case, if you want to sing for really large crowds, the competition will exist and you'll have to accept to be evaluated. Otherwise, maybe the solution is to pay the musicians to play just for you lol.

And I think Nirvana is fantastic, I don’t even have any words to describe them, I’d liked them immediately, as did the whole world, and I still like them. I hardly listen to them because I wanna keep it fresh but when I do, it’s a real pleasure.

Have a very nice voice, you can hold notes properly, you can make your voice oscillate. You just need a bit more power maybe thanks to a teacher. Or simply keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll gain more power. But fun stuff.😊

thanks, this song is like a religious experience to me, don't ruin it with sampling. Funk can create these great juxtapositions of dreamy rythms and sounds, with sometimes very basal preoccupations of sex and getting dirty, it's the whole human experience.

Maybe. Not today though. Last time I sang I was a few miles out on a nature trail. Something about the birds being in the background made it feel real. If I was to try and sing in this 4 wall prison I call my home it would simply be fake. Me pretending to mimic sounds like they actually matter. Maybe tomorrow I'll go out in nature and attempt to actually sing. Only then will it actually hold anything truly meaningful.
Also someone who has to brag about their music talent on a place like dxpnet, you know it's a 0 out of ten.

The part that actually makes me laugh is I don't disagree with you. I didn't like Kurt's singing talents as much as his emotions personally. I think I just have a thing for Pisces energy in general. When it comes to grunge I think Chris Cornell was much more talented, and even more, Eddie Vedder who survived that apocalyptic music scene and is still thankfully alive today. It's less about the singing talents, and more about expressing deep and real raw emotion through music. That's what made it special to me.

Wait, how can you say she had good style if this is the only song you know from her? Also, it's a good song, but you don't need to pretend to use hole as repellent vs Nirvana. This makes you sound fake. Not in a sense on a personal level, whatsoever, but when it comes to grunge music just don't. I like many songs by CL, and actually like hole, but don't try to kill the entire Nirvana franchise with one single song you barely even know from her. It's crazy imo. Also, I actually really like the greatful dead too. Solid band imo.
