For me its the lips on the guys

I say 12 yrs but it was the times when me and my pisces broke up. I was trying to move on thought it was over...even though i still loved him etc. Never when we were together...I was very much in love with him (pisces) and never cheated..just wanted to clear that up

Mine doesn't have those type of lips, but he does have a pair that are oh so damn sexy that I can't wait to get ahold of and do that ^^^. And he has these sexy eyes that are deep and I can just make me be on the prow looking for the right moment to go in for the kill.

I didnt mean the stereotypical signs smarty pants 😛....I meant if there are distinguishable features that you can tell thats its another cancer? maybe in something you do that you notice in another or same physical feature.

I do wonder that often too about the asc...with me I really dont see in scorp traits...I see more virgo...but of course some one may see me differently.

I still think majority have the same lips...its not so much the fullness etc...its the weird shape to them...like a bow as you can tell on the pic that I posted.

To me it's in the eyes when Cancers are going through different emotional episodes you see those puppy eyes come out to play. I'm not sure if all are aware they have it but in still pictures and on still nights those bad boys come out. Friendly smiles also.
