Why would a cancer man deny dating or being in a relationship with a women?? What is the reasoning behind this .. I read cancers a loyal and they dont like to be alone so why would one deny being in a relationship or not claim a girl as his significant other?? Any insight cancers?

I have a cancer ex boyfriend who I had a bad ending with .. no closure. He was talkingto aanother after we broke up but denies that thwy are dating or a cpuple or anything of the sort but she calls him her boyfriend and such. He is trying to come back into my life and calls me and texts me and wants to hang out and im just curious why he would deny such a thing

No we are exes we broke up. We dated three years The question isnt directed for me. I asked because he has a new gf and has been calling and texting me trying to make plans and denies having a girlfriend or dating her.... they live together. Lol.

Depends on how immature he is. I've seen very loyal cancer guys out there. I've also seen cancer guys in long term relationship who goes out of the way to seek female attentions by omitting the fact that they have a girlfriend.
