When Cancers' sensitivity is taken to an extreme it can cause self centeredness because they're always on the lookout for possible damage and so constantly thinking about themselves and how different things/people/situations affect them.

It can be used as a manipulative tool, but in most cases it's just a characteristic taken to a negative extreme.

well as a cancer with a pisces moon i would say i care more about others feelings first then if thats not reciprocated or abused then i get selfish about things worry about my own feelings when it be comes obvoius noone else is.
