I was out drinking, txted the cancer guy i'm into "i'm drinking of you" he responded "hah weird, this came up separate from other contact in my phone" which makes sense because I changed the way my texts go through, but anyways. I didn't respond to that because I was out with friends. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE SATURDAY NIGHT!

He usually is good about responding, did I do something wrong? P.S. i'm an Aries and i'm used to fucking shit up. Js.

If it was me, I would note, that you didn't answer, why your text suddenly appeared as another, or what it is, that you wrote. And wonder why you didn't explain it.

I am not a cancer. But I am very paranoid.

Lol. All I did was change my imessages from off to on lol

Also, we are just long-term fuck buds but of course I had to go and get the feels. Should I even bother asking what's wrong or should I just invoke that inner fire, burn it up, toss it out and take it as a loss and keep it moving?

I know it's a crazy concept, but have you thought about texting him back? And maybe being honest about your feelings? It sounds like you'd be okay with moving on, so why not let him know? He might feel the same way.

Yeah I thought about just letting him know. I am juggling with a few thoughts here.

A. Ignore him when he finally decides to respond to me
B. If he finally decides to respond to me let him know I'm no longer interested b/c my ego is damaged
C. Text him and just be like "I'm into you on more than a hookup level

I'm leaning towards C because at this point it just is what it is. Sit here anxiously waiting to hear from him, or just be clear about my intentions and expectations.

Its no big deal just text him normally like nothing never happened. .If he asked about that butter..You were having a blast with your friends, he ran cross your mind cause you wish he was there or cause you wanted to have some "fun time" with him afterwards and you texted him and the text came out backwards.Just play it off and be cool with it then change the conversation and ask him how's work or school or how's is week? And I say if you gonna talk about FEELINGS do it to his face its better that way cause you can get an accurate read on his emotions in person. .Over text you won't know if he's shock, dumbfounded, happy, sad unless he tells you.But goodluck girl.

I've got no idea whether gay men are open transitioning from "fuck buddies" to a committed relationship. A young gay male friend of mine lamented recently that the club scene is the absolute worst to find a man who wants to do more than hit it and quit it. He said he felt monogamy among gay men was the pink unicorn. Hope you're luck has been/will be better than his. Given men's sex drive, monogamy or even a LTR has gotta be tough man. It rarely works out on the straight end of the equation and women come here crying in their chardonnay's all the time about that one.

Oh one small detail. I notice every little thing around me and the last time we hooked up he dimmed the lights and turned on music. He went through the list and the lyrics started to play and it was a slow very mushy love song. I didn't think to much of it but thought it was interesting. Maybe it was unintentional.
