when i am in a bad mood or start feeling an moodiness come on i usually go to the gym and work out. i tend to feel a lot better after i get out my aggression on some weights..
Working out is great. It helps so much. I need to stop being lazy.
"if its really intense you just wanna crawl into a corner and die." - I agree.
My moods come on so strong and all of a sudden sometimes they catch me off guard. Personally, I'd rather just be left alone. I'll take a ride or go to the gym or Barnes & Noble and read. Other times, all I need is a certain person to make me laugh and the mood just dissapears. My emotions are a whole different ball game. I am emotional towards EVERYTHING so it usually depends on the situation and what type of emotion I'm feeling. I cry ALOT or get angry and yell. If I'm really upset, I clam up and don't speak, other times I am really vocal and you can't get me to shut up!
