Like most relationship, this combination does not work when young and immature. i.e. Justin Beiber and Selena Gomez.

I believe a lot of water sign relationships fail due to the fact that not only are we naturally emotional but when we are young emotions are running very high due to hormones, outside pressures, inability to use self control, self centered, etc. It's overwhelming to the relationship.

Both Fish and Crab need space but somehow we can't sense when the other needs it from us.
As adults 35 and older perhaps it's a better match.

Why do people think the shell thing is a manipulative tactic? It's not. It's self preservation. Cancers aren't the only ones to seek their "shell" when feeling threatened, either, we just do it more obviously and more frequently.

MA its because THEY are so selfish and self centered that they can not comprehend not everything we do is about them. Like all we do is sit around thinking of ways to manipulate their asses. pfft.

Depends if it was meant as a prank/joke or was a mean and abusive tactic. If it was a prank I'd wait and prank him back when he isn't suspecting it. If it was meant as abuse I probably would have tried to kick him in the balls.

Yesterday he goes out of his way to loudly invite a bitch I hate to lunch just to get me to react. So I accepted a lunch invitation from the Aries he hates with a passion. How all four if us ended up at the same restaurant, one of Scorps favorite lunch spots, I don't know.
On our way out, he and his bitch ass friend are by the cashier. He sticks his foot out, hits my wedge and I go down. He turned beet red and said he didn't mean to. But he deliberately stuck his foot out. He acted as though he didn't know I would really fall.

I don't think he did it in a malicious way. He WAS trying to make you jealous and it sounds like it worked. You played the same game. I think the foot thing was a lame man attempt to get your attention and almost like an extending of the olive branch...and excuse to touch you. Think grade school and pinching because we liked a boy or pulling a girl's hair. Most guys have no clue that we're precariously perched on shoes that might send us sprawling at the drop of a hat. We walk confidently in them and they assume we're steady and take it for granted that we might not be. The fact that he turned red and admitted he didn't mean to says a lot. He is probably kicking himself for his bungling you up like that and worried he's just destroyed his chances of you ever speaking to him again. Don't kick him in the balls.

I've never known Pisces to be anything other than clear and direct. Scorpios are surprisingly open with me as long as no one can hear our conversation. Or unless they are in love! Then its all blushing and side glances.

Busy is fine but I do like to stay in contact with the people I care about. What annoyed me the most is he doesn't always answer back. He'll read something but won't respond. That's fine, he's a free man, but it left me feeling like everything was one sided. At least grunt or something. lol

Yes, mutables are super accommodating. Maybe that's something that makes me uncomfortable. I don't want people to act different around me. Just be yourself. I LOVE unique and varied! I do sidestep to avoid a confrontation if it's not worth fighting about but will also charge right on in head first when it needs to be dealt with, even if I don't like having to do it.
