1- I bought 2 items, the next day they receive something new so i buy that too and ask for combined shipment instead of paying for each to save money.
I obviously ask for a new total which would be less for the second order because shipping would be reduced. I get an answer 4 days later telling me they will send me an invoice in the mail! I always pay with Paypal, and they don't even ship before they receive the payment which takes 10 days. It's been a week now so my first order will ship by itself and i will have to pay charges for the second one when they wake up. I email again with my request for a new total and i've been waiting ever since. This is indeed the last time i buy from them, but they have good selection, it sucks.
2-I order books and stuff from another place, one of the items is the wrong one, (i'll ignore that it was stapled on the invoice next to the correct item description), i then email with a picture of the problem and propose to buy the wrong item at a discount instead of charging them for the shipping both ways. I even place a bigger new order and ask that they just ship the right item with that one to save them shipping. I get an answer 3 days later telling me thank you for your order!!!!! W T F
I write back asking that my email be read carefully and my questions answered. I get told that they will ship the right item as soon as they get it.
Ok, is it just ME———??
Now, with ridiculous customer service like that, annoying commercials and loud music in stores, where will i buy stuff— I like to shop, i'm a girly-girl, DESPAIR!!
Just venting, but feel free to comment. Customer service where i work sucks internally, they aren't that good, but at least they make an effort with the clients. I think.
