Hi,

Ok I need help!

Last Wednesday I was texting with my boyfriend and told him I wanted to see him before my hospital shift started. Jokingly I said "I'm coming to your house and don't tell me no". Honest it was in a joking way, I would never show up like that. I respect his space.

So he then texted me back saying "Tonight won't work and that my text had really really upset him". I immediately apologized and tried to explain that is not how I meant it to come off. He didn't text me back again the rest of the day.

The next day I texted him another apology and tried to explain. He texted me once and then again to say goodnight.

Now its Sunday and I haven't heard from him. I texted him a few times on Friday and once early Saturday morning, but I havent texted him since then, thinking he may need space.

My question is should I text him again? Do you think he's gone for good or just taking time. I truly love this man and it kills me to know I upset him. I can't imagine life without him.

Please any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

I find that many Cancer men don't really like being texted and find it intrusive. I wish I had known this from him instead of from his action.

They also don't like it when you disturb them while they are on their 'shell time'. Unforch, many of them don't communicate their need for such time so you are left wondering if something had happened to them, which lead you to panic, which lead them to get pissed off since they feel you're disturbing their peace, etc.

I think it's just a clash of the different type of personality. It's something you need to know in advance if you want to get along with these men.
