Okay trying to figure out a Cancer man. I was seeing this guy from North Dakota since the beginning of February. It was a long distance relationship and he was going to move here in November. He gave me a promise ring at the end of May. Everyday I got beautiful quotes from him say ing how much he Loved me and couldn't wait to spend the rest of his life with me. We also talked every night. Then the weekend of the 4th of July I still got text but not calls. Then on the 5th he still sent me a quote saying good morning my Love. That evening he called and said he was offered a job that he couldn't turn down. He knew I couldn't move there and that meant if he took the job he wouldn't be moving here either. He said it was hard because we both were in Love with each other. He said he was really sorry because he doesn't mean to hurt me. And he hasn't talked to me since. This is really tearing me apart. I'm trying to get past it but have no closer on this. I truly do Love him and I believe he Loved me to or why did he buy me a ring .. Can someone please help me on this one. Will I ever hear from him again—

He finally messaged me and said neither of us did nothing wrong. He said he took the new job and not talking to me is the easiest way to move on.

He made the decision which means he believes the relationship you had is not worth the effort... it's your choice now to move on or otherwise.

Because of my Kids and Grandkids ~ he knew before we started dating that I couldn't leave here that is why he was moving here

Okay after reading so many topics on Cancer men I think that basically most of them are not into relationships. They all say they Love You one minute and want to spend the rest of their lives with you. And then the next minute they are gone and giving you the silent Treatment. Guess Cancer men are crossed off my list.

No we're really into relationships. He probably really does love you, but the emotional rollercoaster he took you on was just as overwhelming for him as it was for you.

And as someone else said, we're complicated, especially when there are complications to the relationship!
