Enjoying a bit of torture and suffering isn't totally mean...it's just slightly sadistic. Just a tiny bit. Barely even a pinch of a smidgen of a bit. Giving in too easily just spoils the fun!

Well, I'm a derpy My Little Pony fan, and those two characters pretty much sum up Scorpio and Cancer interactions. The tune is catchy, and HEY....pink fluffy unicorns 😄
I don't talk bad about Scorpios, generally speaking. Most that I know are wonderful people. Consider me some sort of mascot. lol

It's the water sign thing. I get the inner sad, it comes and goes. I think Scorpios hold onto it and embrace it more than Cancers do. Maybe that holding onto sadness is a part of staying grounded/fixed in a storm of emotion. It's part of the draw. For me, as a Cancer, I am constantly shifting from one emotion to the next, and there's no off switch, so I learn to ride the waves instead of fighting them.

They like our femininity & more traditional ways. We're also kind of motherly and men often fall in love with their mothers. I think it's a combination of nurture and tradition that attracts partners.

Hey, thanks for noticing. I've been super busy of late. Work, school & a move have had me flat out. Never meant to stay away for long. As for my past lovers, they've pretty much all been highly creative and intelligent. They also chase. I'm traditional and tend to wind up with more alpha cats who go after what they want. Cuz I'm not trying to chase you. I just think chasing is a losing strategy. But creative and smart and cultured. My father was an artist (now in spirit) so those qualities are super attractive to me. They've also all been a wee bit conservative. Don't like me dressing all "hot mama" not that that's my style anyway. But they know they're getting a more traditional woman, minus the art background, and seem to dig that.

We're also very charming and witty even if we get a little sad and distant sometimes.
We feel, our compassion and need to soothe is tremendous.
Which is why so many of us are in careers that help people or animals.
We are also naturally artistic, the need to create and express emotion and thought is significant.
Best to find someone who appreciates those things in a Crab.
We thrive on a strong support system.

think about the men and women who??are attracted to cancers. What do they all have in common? Positive and negative characteristics, etc.
I ran into a friend from back in the day who talked about how she saw me then, it was weird. She said I was accepting of so many different types of people, wanted to share experiences then made sure everyone got home on time and safe. I looked out and took care of friends.
I think this is what men have found attractive in me. I'm ambitious in life and open minded but considerate and compassionate to others around me. I won't do anything to get what I want... but manage to get what I want by bringing people 'up' with me.
The men in my past and my present all had mothers that were distant and kinda cold towards them for various reasons. Nurturing was not part of their upbringing. I attract the opposite of mama??s boys, men that experienced rejection.
I also initially chase men I like, I'm not passive at all. Meaning I put myself in their line of sight and show interest... then I completely stop. If they come after me it's because they liked what they saw and by that time they're usually all in. I've only just realized this, it never went far with guys who pursued me first.
A passion for life combined with a sharp mind and sassy mouth, all wrapped in feminine casing = Cancer appeal. Makes the moodiness worth it

Yeah, it's pretty good. There's some definite "yep, that's sooo (fill in any sign)...". There's some other online comic series that have nothing to do with astrology that are super hilarious and awesome. I'll have to dig up some links. One, though, is very graphic and sexual, but soo ridiculously funny. I had one bookmarked (non sexual comic) on my desktop computer, and I'm kicking myself for not saving the bookmarks on that one, because I didn't take that computer with me when I left my ex, and I've had a hard time remembering how I found it the first time.
