Are most Cap relationships on & off?

I have many caps friends and family but I've noticed that a good number of their relationships were on and off. Why is this??

My cap guy was with his ex for a few months on and off before he got fed up and told her to take a hike.

I learned that Eminem and his ex-wife Kim Mathers were on and off for 15 years and that's why I'm asking. She's a cap and he's a libra. I noticed this in other cap/non-cap relationships. Not all though.

What's the reason the cap keeps coming back or taking back?

Eminems a libra. His ex (cap) is seen as a bitch. People didn't get why he stayed with her.

My cap is a complete asshole to most people. I still don't get why the people around me hate him. It could be that I know him the way they don't. I still don't see it though.

Anyway, someone please tell me about the on/off thing!!!! Are caps difficult to deal with but too hard to let go——

My relationship has been off/on with my cap for 3 and half years. His ex was 6 years off/on till she finally told him to take a hike. His resent ex before me was off/on till he met me but for a while she was still in his life now I don't no cause he is very secretive and he has a tendency of lying too. I have not been able to let him go though I always think I would be better off without him but I can't emotionally detatch myself from him! Sometimes I wonder...
