He is totally doing this so that you can make illogical assumptions that he is going to cheat on you.

Anyone can lie or cheat and anyone can be honest and faithful. Maturity and past experience and also the state of your relationship will influence the likelihood of either.

Cancer gets hurt easily. They hate being taken for granted, unappreciated or games with their emotions. I think they act that way when they feel neglected or slighted or in response to any criticism. They try really hard to make the one they love happy so they have unrealistic expectations of others and hate to admit they are wrong. I'm always reminding my Cancer that I'm a human and so is he. Everyone messes up but if it's not intentional you have to let it go and get past it. You need to show extra love when they're acting like stupid children. You can tell them what's bothering you and fight, but if you withhold love or push them away, they feel like a fish out of water gasping for air. It really hurts them. Blocking his phone number probably wasn't the best way to deal with the fight if you have hopes to resolving it. But it sounds like you're done with him anyway.

Cancer is really sweet and likes to please but they also have this frustrating manipulative side that creeps out from time to time. You can either learn to deal with it and understand it, or you can give up and walk away. They're not the easiest sign to deal with when they're upset about something and it's pretty frustrating.
