Cap changing routine?

So my Cap asked me for a dinner date somewhere outside tonight. This is odd because it is during the week and is probably the first time in our history he's asked this. We always just spend weekends together and usually at his place 🙂 He's up before 6am on weekdays and my drive to work from his place is far, doesn't make sense. And the no title thing makes him have limitations with me. I on the other hand, used to want see him once during the week before my commute changed.

Anyway, I was very intrigued but I'm working my 2nd job tonight. Somehow I have a feeling he wants to tell me something important but he says it's just a dinner date. I wanted to reschedule to tomorrow night but he said nevermind.

I know he never does anything for "nothing", so I wonder what this could be. Is it normal for Caps to change a routine that he's stuck to for over 2.5 years?
