Are Capricorns the one who take it slow?

This guy met a Libra girl during a day outing and got engaged to her next month. Me, being a Taurus is just a friend to him but I think he as a secret desire for me. I can tell just the way we talk.

He already told me how much deep connection we share, better than his girl. He cannot talk about it freely as he is in a relationship.

I feel is this could be the case where he is regretting to have a Libra? I hope she is making him happy/happier than I could.

We went for a date few years ago but he was suffering out of a lost ex-gf so we did not do anything much.

Caps are pigs like that. No he does not fancy you. I know a cap who tried cheating on his gf with me. They love to entertain other girls on the side. Totally not trustworthy and don't fall into the trap. If you do they will go away really fast and over compensate to their current gf.

I am a cap girl and I have both libra and taurus best friends. I dated a taurus guy and he was incredible, he matched me in so many ways i didn't even think possible. It ended because of his age he was 25 and just too immature. But i can picture when he's 30 he would be perfect. My best guy friend is a libra and i couldnt picture dating him, he's too all over the place, not stable how i like my men. But he's a great friend and i did read that libra and cap make great friends.
