Sometimes we need to be patient to build trust. This being said, we build trust by exposing ourselves for who we are slowly with our partners, while they in turn to the same. It must be mutual but people go at different paces.

As I've said time and time again, people have no patience these days - everything has to be on demand. IMHO, at least 75% of the women who complain here about Cap men simply weren't patient, open-minded and/or understanding enough (with some of those even being downright delusional).
