Capricorn guy slow to commit?
OP, I've been in a relationship with my CAP for 7 months.. (to me that's a long time) but they are very slow in the beginning.. He does the same, is emotional, tells me how much he likes me, that he misses me.. etc., then gets busy and goes distant for a bit.. then comes back.. I don't think it's intentional but it's in their nature in general.. Not too sure if Cap men are great at multitasking and balancing everything they have going on so they tend to focus more on one thing at a time.. doesn't mean their feelings are different for you. I'm learning that. Whenever I get to thinking negatively about his behavior, I'm always proven wrong by his actions... They mean well.. & are very honest in general.. Just ask him where he sees your relationship going.. I did it.. Asked him how he feels about us and he told me straight up, I really like you, I'm only talking to you more at the moment.. & our first date he told me I was his.. I also told him not to waste my time and he said he's not and he won't.. Just saying, you gotta be direct with folk like them!
I agree with what the ladies have said. I would add, however, that you might want to keep in mind the fact that going a day or two with out much chit-chat isn't an issue for us. I wouldn't go so far as to call that "disappearing". If you need constant communication, then ask for it. Otherwise it will be assumed you are OK with the status quo

I have been talking to a capricorn guy for one year. He seems to really like me and he has said it various time. And I got to know from one of his friends that he likes me.
Now the problem is that he does express his love.
Sometimes, he stops contacting me for a few days and I decide to move on. But just when I stop texting and calling him. He comes back and become a little clingy and complains why i am ignoring him when its him who dissappears.
We have gone on dates a few times. But he is not talking it further.
