Capricorn man and my best mate...I'm concerned

So I go on holiday for a week, come back and my best mate of 28 years (cancer) tells me she met this guy online 6 days ago whom is a Capricorn and tells me she has never felt like this about anyone. I know my friend and for her to say that her feelings are genuine. My only concern is how genuine this guy is. He's married, though separated and already talking about his son meeting her kids next month. Also he wanted her to go with him to meet his wife to tell them about there relationship after a week. Which she declined. I can't help but be concerned for my friend. I love her to bits, but I'm sceptical. I'm really concerned she's setting herself up for a big fall. Is it possible that this guy is genuine?? I truly hope so. If not I will break his legs....joke!!! But I'm an Aries. Hurt my friends or family. You hurt me.

It's totally "red flag" to me. But wasn't sure why cos I know little about cap men. I've only read about them and I got the impression they were far too cautious and measured with their feelings to behave in such a way. But my friend usually is too. I feel a car crash coming on 😢

Thanks guys. I've told her she should be careful since she barely knows him. But it's hard cos she does seem really happy. I'd love for him to be genuine. She deserves it. But I get the feeling she thinks I'm trying to rain on her parade. I have told her this, and the fact that I can't help but be cynical about it. She understands where I'm coming from. But at the same time I think she's really taken in by him. I guess I will just be ready to take the fall if it happens

Well, she could meet the son without having to meet the ex wife. Seems to me he's trying to make the ex jealous! Probably still has feelings for her and as soon as they reconcile, guess where your friend will be. Left out in the cold with the old speech, "its not you...it's me...I have to try...for my son".

She's very lucky to have a friend like you. Yes, There's a car crash ahead and all you can do is be there to support her when it happens.......

Being a cap male I think he is another sign not a cap just saying he's a cap to impress her. We don't move this way it would take hell freezing over before I would interduce anyone to an x.

I couldn't get anywhere with the last Cap I tried to date, he kept texting me dirty messages before the first date. Then he wants to know when will we meet. Ummm NEVER!
