I had an argument with my Cap woman, should I send her flowers? (yellow roses)

We are not back to normal yet, should I send her flowers without talking/fixing to her again? What would a Cap woman think?

Roses are awesome, she'll love it, but yellow roses represent friendship and also can represent goodbye, so red would be best for love/romance. Put something special on the card. See each other in person to seal the deal asap.
