Venus in Cap
Venus Cap also takes it serious, has high standards, doesn't mind taking it's time. Once you earn it's trust and love it's very loyal.
All the above sounds like me, I make a very loyal partner and I take love very seriously.
i'm romantic and sometimes romantically impulsive but i don't chase.
I can relate to all apart from 'I don't chase'. I do chase, I actually enjoy it a little, maybe the Sag in me makes me this way?

So if I am dating a sag woman with venus in capricorn, am I more or less dating a sagittarius or more or less dating a capricorn? The characteristics of these two would seem to cancel each other out. From what I'm learning a woman who is sagittarius is basically flighty, skin deep, only likes to party and have fun, hates anyone who isn't as social as she is, until she has a venus in capricorn, and she becomes the complete opposite.To understand a Venus in Capricorn woman, would I spend more time learning about venus in capricorn women or just capricorn women in general? Is it the same thing?
BTW both men and women enjoy a bit of a chase. No one appreciates things they get with little or no effort.
when it comes to your relationship with her, the venus sign will kick in; its her heart, how she will romance you.

Do you have your Venus in Cap or know anybody with their Venus in Cap?What are Venus in Cap people like in love? How do you make your partner feel?
My Venus is in Cap and I can say that when I'm in love I make my partner feel very loved and dote on him, maybe a little too much 😄 I always want my partner to feel good about himself and be happy. I show my love through actions mainly although I am also vocal as to how much they mean to me.
I'd be quite interested to see how different or similar people are...
in relationships with my man or my friends, my venus sign kicks in. i am tangible. you will know first hand if I like or love you. I open my wallet 100% . i spoil people. i will go broke just to make sure you know that i love you. i wont necesarily profess my love, i perfer to show it.
i cook, clean, wash your clothes, whatever. the minute i stop doing those things, that is the point where you should be worried.
on the flipside, i think from time to time that the grass may be greener on the other side. i like my men to have status, be stable, have a good repuatation. i have to make sure you look good enough to show off to my friends and family. so will mess with a guy who maybe doesnt have the criteria im looking for and in the back of my mind, im looking to upgrade. i know within seconds if someone is right for me.

my venus in cap conjuction sun in cap therefore projects the traits of venus powerfullyi'm romantic and sometimes romantically impulsive but i don't chase. either very affectoinate or detached. depending on who, when, where and my mood at the time.
i dont chase either. i am soooo old fashioned in traditional roles of man and women. i believe in courtship, the whole works.

I am a sagittarius with a venus capricorn. I have traits of sagittarius and capricorn (my other planets are in cap).
I love freedom. That's true. Don't tell me what to do or how to do it, because I know that I will achieve it in my own way. It's like the confidence of Sag and cap is in me. I don't go to clubs, I don't party but when my love has entered my real world, I will expect some travels with him and him only. I am a truth seeker and for me lies kill. And I love to makeup and dress neatly. Some people will be mistaken that I am attention seeker. Im not. Its just that capricorn mixed with my sag and I don't like to pretend for the people to like me.
Relationships.
If you are new to my heart. I will hide my emotions I won't show Im weak instead I'll that I am strong that I don't care. I'll show first my sagittarius part outside without me knowing it. But when you have attacked my capricorn inside part. I will fall for you and treat you as my universe. I will fight for you. its like poison ivy turned into juliet. 🙂

I don't mind a good chase as long as I'm not doing ALL the chasing. Maybe this my Saginess?
If you're venus is in Cap does that mean you're affected by restricted saturn in matters of the heart? Or does it mostly affect venus cap women? (you know, women are from venus and men are from mars)
Also, are you drawn to Capricorns?

No. If you're important enough to be with, I am with you until something has changed to make me feel differently,and we couldn't work it out. I don't cheat either.
I am a Sag/Cap cusper ( on the Sag side)and dominant Cap. My boyfriend currently is also a Capricorn Venus & he is a Cap sun.

I'm curious as to what that 'something that couldn't be worked out' could be? Besides cheating of course since that is the death sin of all relations. Cheating, stealing and, well, being lazy.
I'm a sag with a venus cap also. My bf is a Libra sun with cap moon and venus scorp.
I guess I can be difficult with love. I can struggle with having words to say at crucial times, and I box myself in. I know I can be testing, confusing and maddening, especially when unsure about the relationship. For me to be happy in a relationship I like clear, realistic goals and I need to see progress in a long term relationship otherwise I'll wither away. Being a sag I highly value honesty and I'm not afraid to ask probing questions to get to the truth...something my Libra gets jittery about from time to time but oh well. My venus needs to know that he's in it for the long haul, and I need stability and continuity and reliability from him which his cap moon gives in abundance thankfully.
I dream of being an at-home housewife lol. I really love traditional roles when thinking about family.
I love that his venus scorp makes me feel protected and safe. We can speak without words. There's a slight aloofness about that placement that keeps things interesting too.
The venus cap is the only solid thing in my chart that is black and white. No grey areas in that department. I take relationships seriously.
I dated a venus in capricorn square pluto. I am a venus in aquarius and a venus in capricorn according to sidereal astrology. He is a venus in capricorn according to both. The relationship was intense and serious. But he was very critical. Hated it when I came to his place late even if it was by 15 minutes. Sometimes he'd insist I come early in the morning. His demands and criticism made me feel like he wanted me to work hard for him or something. I always felt like I was walking on egg shells.
He'd criticize what food I ate. If it was unhealthy, he'd voice his opinion, and the fat content but that didn't stop him from eating similar foods. He'd also check my weight on his weight machine and in many instances made me feel downright fat and caused an unhealthy cycle of weight loss. The disordered eating and disordered thought that he had a hand in provoked still affects me till this day although I must admit I never looked any better. (Started at BMI 23 and currently at 18.8)
He'd criticize the way I walked, what I talked about(he hated anything related to upsetting news), couldn't take all jokes (but had no problem humiliating me), and was constantly irritable.
However, he was committed and chose not to talk to or keep any female friends while he was with me (unlike me who couldn't and wouldn't give up guy friends who I have known longer than him.)
He was a simple man but suffered from depression. His jealousy, criticism, depression and my carelessness put our relationship to an end and I have been single ever since.

I swear there's something about that Sag Sun/Cap Venus and Libra Sun/Scorp Venus connection. My Fiancé and I have those placements... best relationship for me by far.
My ex had a Cap Venus (Cap Sun as well). He really took care of me in some ways. Financially, he would take care of everything without me ever asking, would take me to dinner each week. My needs were very simple but I felt very secure in our relationship due to his responsible behavior and his willingness to handle finances(being a Taurus myself...).
That being said, he had a hard time with emotions. He was very private and closed. He worked way too much (not because he needed the money, because he wanted to) and I felt that I always came second to his job. We lost intimacy because he was spread so thin.
We talked about it many times. I asked him why he wasn't more open with me emotionally, and he said to me, "I don't really even know how I feel, so how can I tell you?" He was crying in this conversation, which was rare for me to see, and so I know he was telling the truth. It really hurt me because I could see it bothered him, that he was upset because it was pushing me away and there was nothing he could do about it. It eventually ended our marriage because I felt that I needed someone that was more emotionally available. I still feel that he was my soul mate, it was just circumstance that drove us apart.
