Why are Cap's so misunderstood?

As a Capricorn at heart with more enthusiastic Sagitarius placements among others I am interested in what people will say. Lot's of time we are seen as boring or bossy amongst other things. Any takers?

I tell you why most Capricorns are misunderstood if you don't mind my opinion. The reason is, most people are idiots. They choose not to understand you all, & get mad because you don't fit their standards OR they can't change you. I actually don't find Capricorns "Boring" lol. How is that? I mean my only thing i wish y'all would do, is take it easy. Your careers or business will always be here. Learn to stop & smell the roses & enjoy some rest or just chill. I wouldn't want y'all to get too stressed over business stuff you know. That's what i always tell my dad. Other than that, Fuq those who choose not to accept you as you are

I like Earth signs & they actually fun to hang out with. If anyone is bored, maybe it's the people who are saying it. Don't worry about it ok. I understand

I like all your comments. I have Sagittarius Rising and Mercury. I can be boring but it's because I chose to be and not follow the crowd. Also Uranus strong conjunct sun and Venus in Cap Aquarius Cusp. I do have a bossy side. I'm only bossy when I don't respect people. I will do unto others... if I respect them or think they are worthy of my time. Like the Cancer said poignantly if my finances and "midheaven" aspects aren't in order that's when I'm not so good to be around.

I was speaking from common negative things associated with Caps boring is a big one and see where fire signs are coming from. We're more steady than risky.

Yeah Caps are considered socially reserved. I hit it off with a Aires female pretty well once. She had a Leo Ascendant sign. But she scared me because she seduced me instead of vice versa. I didn't know how to handle it and it troubled me for about two weeks. Aires are also known as bossy.

I'm typically the life of the party in social settings, I like to gain as much knowledge about people as possible. That's of course when I socialize it's usually all or nothing. If it's a serious situation I play it cool.

Caps are not boring! I highly respect the two that I know for their hard-work and ambition. One takes a big pay cut to help the needy in a really tough job, and the other taught in a highschool on a remote reserve for 5 years to help, and fast track his career.

They know what they want, what they have to do to get it, and are not easily distracted or taken off course. It's SO fucking sexy!! They can be secretly insecure and vulnerable, so the bossiness is kind of a cover up I think* It's not a sense of entitlement like some Scorpios/Taurus' that I've come to know...

They can be stubborn though, and need someone to lighten them up once in a while! As a Sagittarius, I somehow seem to perform better when I don't "care" as much...if you know what I mean. I told my Cap this once and he looked at me like I was an alien... A couple of weeks ago he told me people at work commented that he seemed happier and more smiley as he's been stressed with a lot of staff terminations, and deaths. His boss even noticed and asked him why he said "oh, cause I just don't care anymore haha". Then he says to me "of course I still do though" lol. They are the manliest men I've ever met so far.. 🙂When committed, a Cap's loyalty, dedication, effort, and staying power is one of a kind!

I think you should care less about how you may be seen in some people's eyes. Just do your own thing. Each one of us is here to learn something new in order to achieve successful self-growth.

A few responses... I say it's nothing just if I don't respect the people I'm around, in a bad mood, or just feel uncomfortable. Pretty normal I think.

Caprigoral summed it up very nicely. I agree with pretty much everything. I actually have increasingly cared less about what people think and focused almost entirely on self growth. I only made this post to see what people think.

For Triple Cap. I played mind games with myself. I didn't believe it would be possible to mesh knowing she was an Aires. She invited me back to her place and we both wanted the same thing I just didn't go for it. The one time an attractive female who I was mutually into and didn't capitalize. Her Mars was also in Aires. Secretly I've always wanted an assertive but she seemed like the first to match me and I didn't know how to handle that assertive equal while intoxicated and becoming fixated on her sign.

SunMoonStars, I can reach that point where I just don't care and can't even force myself to care and you know what? The World doesn't fall apart because I stop caring! Then my brain goes into overdrive...and I start caring and worrying and working out every worse, possible scenario, again!😢 This irritates the hell out of me, because I can't stop that either. I can shut off from every caring about something particular or a person again and nothing about it or them ever bothers me again.

In what circumstances would you shut off, and not care about the person ever again..?

ALL my girlfriends are CAPs, nothing boring about them at ALL. Just saying. They're focused and driven but when they let loose, watch out.

AS for the males, they need just a little more time but once you're in their world, they show you a funny side that you never imagined existed.

That incompetence only happened once fnclassy that's why I felt like it was a big deal. If you're referring to the Aires girl.

In response to a few thing I feel comfortable or not within maybe a minute to maybe five minutes to being around people. Obviously depends on why I'm around them to begin with. I'm 23.

For me, at least.

I know a cap who I could listen to for hours. Very witty and smart about the things he talks about. A bit neurotic, but also very responsible and I can agree with where he is coming from.
I have a lot of cap in my chart so I think that is why I find caps to be very interesting and I am grateful for the order they bring. I like order, but I also like to be able to sit back and know I am taken care of. A man who can be responsible and have it together is a big turn on for me 🙂
