You know we have some hot tempers... it usually takes a little for us to pop off... I'm curious about something:When you're in a situation when you want to blow up, but you MUST keep your cool, what methods do you use to make sure you keep calm?

As a Sag sun, I observe people and situations. That way I'm not surprised when "x" happens. Learn to control your energy and...relax. Be laid back. May be a little difficult for a cardinal?. Realize there is a lot that is out if your control but that's not a bad thing.

i have a mars in virgo so it takes alot for me to blow my top. i sniff chamomile to calm me down too. i keep it in my purse with me at all times. im easily annoyed but one sniff and i forget.

Thank goodness I have Aqua Rising...been getting feedback at work that I seem calm, patient and professional in the midst of chaos. In instances when I want to blow up, I remind myself that no one wakes up with the intention to be a jerk. There's always a trigger somewhere...I try to understand what that is, and strategize accordingly.

I have Mars in Libra so..yeah..haha definitely want things to be fair, equal and balanced. However, if I think someone is blatantly being malicious I can be cold and unforgiving for a long time.

Nope...Middle. Nashville to be exact. And yeah it can be and will get better
As long as someone doesnt intentionally go out to say something nasty to me, or about anything that is part of my interest--i dont really ever get mad. Im Taurus Rising so maybe thats why.
But, once u do...ill either say something to make u look stupid, orr ill automatically cross u off as someone who exist. I wont even say hi or look ur way, cuz ill make sure u know one way or another not to get on my bad side.lol. Dont even think about coming close to me either.
If i cant do either, i have to think of rainbows and unicorns....or food.lol.
