Would you caps. Men ever regret after moving on?

So caps are known very committed.. what if after long years of beinh in love due to so many complications that outcasts that there is probably 0.1% chance only of you two can get married.. so you gave up.. and found a new spark with your best friend and loved her and you started being so mean to your ex because she is still showinh how much she loves you while u stopped ... how would you feel about the old one "ex" now? ... would you ever come to apologise? Or do you even regret it deep inside your heart? Or anything like that?

If he stopped showing feelings for the ex and started dating someone new, he's moved on. His commitment is for the new girl. I don't think he'd apologize now. Regret? Maybe a little?

Nope. They won't regret moving on because they exhaust every option before they move on. So once they're done, they're done. I haven't read the post yet, just wanted to answer your title question.

I have to agree with Queen Capri. If I get to the point where I love you, I won't walk away until I have done everything I can do. Eventually, we get a reality check and when that happens its over (in terms of our effort). Its even worse if we meet someone else after that (in terms of your chances). In his mind, he left it all out there for you and you didnt' want/ take it so he is gone. And if you want to be remembered fondly, I suggest you stop trying reach out him for a while until you're ready to just be friends. Otherwise you're just going to piss him off and confirm to him that moving on was the right move.

I stopped contacting him .. i was just wondering .. because i'm amazed how much he was in love with me and how fast he moved on like it took him a month or so .. and he chose his best friend wich she knew how much we were in love .. it was shocking and hurtful to me...

But yeah .. i moved on too i guess.. i was just wondering .. it still hurts me from time to time..
