Ok so I attract older woman in my 20s. One of the nice things about older woman is the only games they play are the fun ones like flirting and other types of banter. They tend to know themselves and what they want rather quickly.

Be straightforward with her. Introduce yourself formally to her with a measure of self respect and confidence. Simply say you also live in the complex to establish a form of familarity with her and have seen her around. Waving in a friendly manner when you approach and then pointing in the direction of where you live when you say it is also helpful here. Doing all of this is really important. It will greatly reduce your creep factor so you can relax and not worry about that.

Ask her her name. If she hesitates or there is a awkward silence that's fine. Then accept it and get straight to the point with why you are talking to her. If you end up in a conversation that's great.

If your like me it's a bit nerve wrecking at first every time. It's like like going down a ladder on a high roof. The first step is the hardest but you quickly more comfortable after you start.
