Yes. The key is, to work on your technique but not force it too much. You know, like you're back floating.

Sure.
I've always wanted to help people and felt that I needed to do more with my life. This feeling grew louder over the years. Then depression hit after I found out the scorp cheated and we were having a baby. I tried to work things out and I think he did too in the best way he could struggling with his own beast. The abuse from that relationship made me hit a slump but at the same time, it became my fuel. Everyday before and after work I'd have meditation music on. I'd pray for the things I want out loud. Then I'd listen to mantras, rain songs or meditative hz sounds. It cleared my mind from any burdens and instead visualize how I saw my near future. So I worked through my struggle even though from the outside I seemed like an absolute mess. I manifested my goal like it was breathing, quietly. Throughout the whole experience, I managed to build healthy habits. It was a massive internal shift.
The most important part of any manifestation is that, it has to be genuine where every single fibre of you aligns in order to jump into this 'other' dimension of you in this life.

I just make the intention known and then put it aside to let the universe slowly bring it into fruition.
