for those of you who say yes, do you often have confrontations with others not wearing a mask/social distancing or have been confronted for not wearing a mask/social distancing?

nearly everyone i've asked has said no. and after reading some theories it may possibly be too soon to settle in our collective unconscious/history, or our brains are so used to the protocol now that it's not useful imagery that needs processed and hashed out in our dreams.

I was curious, so I asked two friends if they had any dreams prior to the outbreak that gave them a sense that COVID might happen, like any things about mask and social distancing. My Fish bestie said nothing as specific as that, but she did have a dream about people having their mouths taped with black electrical tape and they were all behind a fence walking lifelessly waiting for "rations" of food. No one could talk, but wanted to. She also couldn't talk, or she would be "punished" by (what she believed were) staff standing around. She was on the other side of the fence observing.

She said she wondered if related to something else going on in her life, so never really brought it up and tucked it away in her journal. When COVID hit, she said she thought about her dream the first time she had to line up outside of the grocery store for food.

The other friend had nothing. "I don't dream yo" lol....okay zombie.

creepy. the fish's dream sounds like it was an omen, so neptunian. i've had plenty of apocalyptic/concentration camp style dreams before and since covid, but that black tape over the mouth and rations is definitely telling.

Yes, I have actually.

Dream:

I got out of my car and walked up to the beach house, which is a place that remains pretty static in my dreams. In other words, it always stays the same. Except it's purpose changes from dream to dream as either a restaurant, or a bed and breakfast.

This time it was a restaurant. I remember half way walking up the stairs, before I realized I wasn't wearing one, but the host at his stand was. His was brown with some kind of gold filigree design on it. There was another staff member wearing one as well, but his was blue. And a lady looking over the 2nd floor banister that faced outside, but hers was made of black lace. I then did one of those nose and mouth inside my shirt things cause I had to ask the host some questions.

After asking my questions, I remembered that I was dreaming and I didn't need to wear a mask in that realm. I don't remember seeing anyone else wearing one after that.

is this beach house a real place significant to you? would you consider a safe space?

Yeah, but mine are mostly service industry stress dream related. Yelling at people to put them on or telling people to leave because they don’t have em... stuff like that.

No, the beach house isn't a place I really know, it just appears in my dreams. Its relatively safe unlike some of the other places that remains constant there, like the school/mall/apartment building (its all 3 in 1). Something's wrong with that place no matter how much I try to change it in dream.
