Why does being ignored hurt air signs so much?

I am a water sign and it hurts me too...worst thing you can do is ignore me. Would rather someone screamed at me
Yeah I know....I intentionally was trying to exclude you & Pisces from replying by zeroing in on "air signs" in the title and it being under the "Elements" forum not "Cancer" or anything.

You two care for a different reason than air signs.

I know that much about air signs but I didn't know "why" exactly.

@strawberrykush - But why exactly does it bother you so much?
Because it shows you are a coward and cannot be trusted. Not to mention you are a weak individual who is disrespectful. You only hurt others when you hide your true thoughts and feelings from them.

I mean what is the real reason?

What exactly goes through your head?

Say for instance, as a Libra, I know you can talk to someone you don't respect all day but what does the fact of someone not being interested in talking to you cut you so deep?

Uncomfortable situations are fun. They bring the darkness to light. Most people won't ignore someone else for no good reason. There is always a reason.. and whether it's something major or minor in life the least you can do is let me know..
But you're the one that's uncomfortable.

I do see Libras get very vindictive/passive-aggressive when they're ignored.

Why do you personalize being ignored?

Does being ignored make you feel.....it seems to me....Guilty?

When people who I don't care about or people I only care about a little ignore me, it doesn't bother me at all.

If it's someone who I really cared about, it bothers me but not deep enough for me to dwell on.

I'll reach out once and ask what's going on and if I get nothing after that, I'm just done.

I forget about them very quickly after that.

Air signs love verbal communication. They are greatly stimulated by it.

That's probably why it bothers them so much.

Okay so this is the part I read, and that's not it.

I'm not looking for more assumptions but the actual truth.

@xXxAliciaXxX - Just ignore what I just said. How I replied initially in the original post/that quote is who I am but that's making me get beside my goal which is the reason for the post.

Disregard what I said to you because my problem is bigger than going back and forth with you on this thread.

I just really.... don't care right now. I'm really not interested at this moment.

I hope I communicated that clearly.

Are you ignoring me or are you in your own world? 😉
Ha! Charming. But seriously I'm looking for answers.

I asked another Libra here and just from her replies....

I'm taking from it......

Does it make you feel guilty?

Do I feel guilty if someone is consciously ignoring me, no. I don't like things lingering in the air.

If you're in your own world-and I know you well enough to know thats just whats happening, its absolutely fine. Probably because I do the same. But if people try to bring me out of it-approach me or talk to me I wouldn't intentionally ignore them.

Lol oh waiiiit. You're an air sign

but you're not included in this LOL

You have a Cap moon....I do too. It's like talking to the mirror when I speak to another cap moon about this. What you wrote looks like something I would write. Not too many of us get this (taking offense to someone's silence).

Does ignoring them also include going quiet or not wanting to answer some of their nosy questions, particularly when you don't know them very well? I wonder if they take it as ignoring... I just had this issue with my upstairs neighbour when he first moved in. I was coming out of an intense anxiety phase and I have certain topics that people consider every day stuff like "what do you do where do you work" and even "full time or part time" as though my worth is being calculated by my answers, but I don't like to talk about it until I know them better.

I found it funny that as soon as I turned and asked him those questions he looked a bit surprised. Probably due to my tone. LOL.

I dunno he's weird. I am sure he thinks I am fucking weird, and both of our versions of weird don't mesh well together. I miss my old neighbours.
