yeah you can do facial yoga or get fillers if you want (there are some instances when you really have to especially if facial exercises don't work out for you)
i've got full cheeks and i hate them but i was told it's a sign of youth..but i don't like looking like a baby.. 😢
I have extremely chubby cheeks too, I’m only 24 & they look full more at the bottom now instead of top. 😢

It's likely just genetics, how the muscle of your face lies under the skin. You're too young for it to be a skin elasticity problem. I'd suggest doing face exercises but that won't do drastic changes.
And I also suffer from the dreaded chubby cheeks issue...

No none of those, I drink a lot tho, and also my job allows smoking. So I’m wondering second hand smoke ?? I drink a lot of water. I do facials, exfoliate. Could it be stress? I didn’t start noticing it until I started working out, I jogged a lot and ate healthy my whole body shrank but I noticed I had frown lines, and the limes from the nose to the mouth, and eye lines.

It takes longer for skin elasticity to show. Weight loss happens quickly.
Don’t do fillers or plastic surgery.
Wait 6months first.

Strange that you would have crows feet and frown lines at 24.
Your skin should still have a great deal of elasticity in it.

No not crows feet, I mean under my eyes. I feel like my face looks droopy.

It’s def not that, my usual weight is around 150, I’m tall and naturally thick. I weigh 160ish right now. So basically I should just on the cardio to let my face bounce back?

Switch it up with a bit more weight training, drink more fluids, also I find sweating dries my skin out loads so I use the flower mask by Sisley directly after gym and that works for me (none of the other products work though, think they are too rich for my skin). Sometimes though it takes time to get used to it, when I started gym, I lost weight and people said I looked sick, but some other people said I looked loads healthier, and in photos I think I started to look better. I don’t know why people talk crap? Just do what you want. And I think over a few years, it’s like your face kind of adapts? Exercise is kind of the best anti-aging pill out there. However I do think those marathon runners look sick to me, way too skinny and I personally think it looks better with more curves, but do what you want, don’t listen to others. You make your own reasons.

That's why I intentionally keep my body weight higher than I want it (5'10 and 140 lbs). I would LOVE to get down 20 lbs, and losing weight is very easy for me, but then i look sickly.
