
Black olives, mushrooms, spinach, chicken, feta and parmesan cheese and maybe a dash of green, red, and jalapeno peppers. Just a dash though. Alfredo sauce with a stuffed or thin crust. Preferably stuffed 😏🤤

favorite pizza probably anywhere is one my dad used to make, but my sister-in-law took over...
she buys the dough made fresh from a local pizza place (they usually sell for like $ 3 a piece) but my dad would make it himself...
main ingredient - she caramelizes a ton of onions - cooks them slow with a little brown sugar and butter....just the smell of this alone is heavenly....
toppings (besides the onions) are:
- olive oil spread on the dough - no tomato sauce on this...
- mozzarella mixed with a little parm
- a liberal amount of arugula
- pine nuts
She does a bunch of variations - adds prosciutto, does one with the caram. onions, Gorgonzola and pear, etc....maybe one with the onions, arugala, a little goat cheese or bri, and drizzle some balsamic reduction would work.....the simplicity of the one above is perfection though....
comes out looking kinda like this (without the maple drizzle):

Ummm. Truffle oil is so good on pizza especially with a variety of mushrooms.
I haven't had it on pizza but I think truffles and truffle oil are among my favorite things...only got into it recently because this Japanese spot I go to uses the oil on their edamame and a bunch of other dishes...we just go there and order everything that's truffle-flavored lol....its odd though bc the smell of it sorta makes me want to gag...click to expand
