my sister is on keto, has been for 4 months, Id say she was obese.

now she's lost weight i can see it with my own eyes

she doesn't weigh herself, which makes zero sense to me

I've only tried 16:8 thing once and lost some weight but it's was counterproductive for muscle gains unless i was prepared to have all my energy revolve around meal preps & intakes.

But it worked surprisingly well. I became more focused and disciplined around food.

And I don't own a scale myself, i own mirrors 😅

I'm beginning my cutting cycle and thinking of giving this thing a half-hearted try. I don't believe in diets so I'm still gonna eat my vegetables but drastically cut down on carbs.

Anyone try?

The carnivore diet is my normal way, preference, in eating. I do not care much for carbs except rice. Baked stuff has to be fresh... so, rarely.

You have to add green vegetables-spinach, broccoli, etc.

Cauliflower is good as well.

Sounds like Atkins almost.

Alcohol is a no-no, although if you must, Hard liquor rather than beer and sweet stuff.

I never was a fan of the carnivore diet. It just sounds super crazy to me and so much lacking in micro nutrition. I suppose you can supplement with pills but I hate supplementing and would rather eat the stuff I need

I’ve done keto a lot though and intermittent fasting for what seems like forever

I keep telling my sister to add vegetables to her diet. A straight out Meat/Cheese diet is really bad for your organs. You need fiber to clean things out.

Yea I know a girl that was doing the carnivore diet. I remember the time she started too and it was also a friend of mines who started seeing her after she was on it for a few weeks.

He didn’t like her feminine scent. Ahem

I’m sure her pH levels were super acidic with all that meat and no alkaline fruits with minimalist vegetables to level her out and bring out her flavors

🤣😂

Oh I know what carnivore is I don't need to Google it. My diet basically consist of meat. You're reading this post from one of the biggest carnivore to ever graced the planet. I can't make it a day without meat. I can only guess this is how I stay muscular even at a massive 280+pounds and without stepping foot in the gym for months on end.

Carlos.. that you? 😄
