Anyone have any great suggestions? Especially for someone who has an insane sweet tooth.

I went shopping a couple weeks ago, thinking I would get healthy stuff and it would satisfy my cravings/munchies, but I was highly disappointed. ๐Ÿ˜ข Someone told me to try an keep a stash of chickpeas - for some reason I was thinking they were going to taste like Corn Nuts... not.

Try getting low calorie snacks. The "popped" variety of chips and rice cakes that are flavored are delicious. Also, low calorie pop corn in caramel is really good ๐Ÿ™‚

I also like to keep around some high protein cereal; nuts- like cashews and almonds; pretzels, yogurt with your favorite toppings, low calorie trail mix
I love yogurt with granola and stuff like that, so I will try that out. But like nuts and stuff, for some reason it just doesnt do it for me. I eat them regularly, but when the munchies hit....no bueno. I tend to like more savory stuff.

I know what you mean. Pizza is also damn good when you have the munchies. You can buy the low carb ones in the frozen isle.

What do you tend to go for when it hits you?
Pizza is awesome! Lately I've been making my own using naan bread as the crust, maybe put like ground turkey with lots of fresh veggies on it. So good!

I usually go for whatever I can get my hands on, especially sweets, but the past few weeks I've been more conscious about what I eat. Feeling better and looking awesome, but it's something about when you get the munchies everything tastes sooooo good, and I dont always wanna cook, and if I do I'll start creating weird stuff that isnt the healthiest, its a disaster!

If you have a sweet tooth buy dark chocolate.

Then buy pretzels along with dark chocolate and combine them. Sweet and Salty snacks= Heaven

Also Stacy's Pita Chips with Hummus is fucking great.
For some reason I can't get into Hummus. A really a long time ago this girl I worked with used to make it and she'd bring it and stink up the entire break room, just couldn't get over the smell! Maybe I will try it...

I will def try the dark chocolate w/pretzels...I've never combined those two, sounds good!

I love grapes, they just get gone fast in my house

>Whole Grain / Whole Wheat (low sodium) bread toasted. Take out and spread organic peanutbutter and sprinkle some pomegranate seeds.

>Spread some organic almond (or organic peanubutter) on celery and put some (pitted) dates on there. extremlly sweet. this one
This sounds interesting, but I ate so much peanut butter when I was a kid I can't really stand it now.. ๐Ÿ˜ข Same for bananas, lol. I used to eat bowls of peanut at a time!

I will share ingrediants to -raw vegan butter cookies-

You will need a food processor for this. If you make

these I'm sorry if you get addicted okay. Its easy healthy and very sweet.

(>-_-)>

ingrediants:

Raw Cashews (Or Roasted with NO* salt) about one bag or one container,

Pitted Dates (cup and 1/2)

Cococnut butter/oil (two tea spoon),

Sea Salt (pinch)

Directions:

1.) Dump both Cashews and Pinch of seas salt into food processor and pulse for 60 sec

2.) Dump Pitted dates with coconut butter/oil into food processor and pulse for 60 sec

3.) Take huge mass out now and form this mass into a hug ball

4.) Take pieces from the mass using a spoon to create smaller balls

5.) Lightly press down on the smaller balls twice to make cross with a fork similar to peanut butter cookies design

6.) You can either eat these now or put into freezer for 30min and then place in fridge. These are really good.

You should be able to make 15 - 20 of these
Yes....*drooling*
