@SakuraFlowers I think you seemed to do a good enough job as project manager. Perhaps more hard decisions could have been made. A last minute change is risky, but sometimes worth the reward.

Nope, not at all. We love her and its a huge loss for our team. Just your positive attitude towards her was a negative attitude towards the rest of the team and as we have shown we are one strong team 🙂 she knows quite well what i mean by saying what i said, i believe.

It does hurt our team that an essential part of it left but we are well and ready to smack some ass. Plus scruffs will be morally with us in the games to come.You do have to work on your percrption thi, beung the judges.
I never said the team only won because of Scruffles in no way would that have been possible, but I do believe my perception is right that she has done the most positive things for the team in the first 2 tasks

I feel like I should stay because I did exactly what was asked of me. I created the storybook sharing some personal memories and emotions. I also located the logo we used and wrote the slogan you see written on it. I did what was asked and stand behind what I produced.
I'm not sure who should go. We all pulled our weight this task but came up short. The only name I'll throw out there is @Queenofthepheasantfairies only because she no longer wants to play. She sent all of us this message.
I think I could have added pics to my storybook to help drawn on the emotional aspect and give some visuals of the people depicted in the stories.
Our project manager did a good job of giving direction and assigning tasks. She stayed on contact and offered constant feedback.

my next statement is not a reflection on scruffles at all, she actually knows how i felt last night, i spoke to her more than once.
and imma speak up here and make a statement, i offered my skills up at least 5 times to make banners and logos and pictures, helli did grahic design, i even do marketing for my current job.. lol and most of it was completed while i was away, i was in the middle of workng on it once i was home and she then shared the main banner with us, yes we all loved it and was like okay i can do something else then. but i myself was pretty confussed by that, and by that time most of the stuff was mid way completed sooo i took the enteracting in the thread to show what our idea was and the marketing, yet the marketing was the only thing mentioned that i did, but i did a lot more than that. but whatevers the challenge is over.
tbh i am really done with this game at this point. I have had my reputaion placed in question, lost trust with DXP memebers, lied to people.. i dont like any of that,

I understood what you meant before i replied the first time. I understand why you think that, her work has been on the "exterior" and easier to see. Everybody in our team is dedicated, presents great ideas and contributes a lot whether you can see how or not and i wouldnt like my teammates thinking otherwise. Thats why i responded. Need to keep the team morale where it should be fir a team that has yet to experience the taste of losing.

The UFC tonight had very questionable Judging decisions in their fights
We can only judge by what we SEE and what you all tell us. If scruffles did some enjoyable things then it is what it is.
My statement was taken sensitively by you two. It was a huge blow to the team. Even Tiz agreed as a viewer.
That statement did not take anything away from JAG helping you all out with communication nor you with the concept idea. But ideas and communication have to be excuted and scruffles has done that the best.
And that is all im saying on the matter. You can step up and be project manager tomorrow or shut up

Nights i never claimed to be the real MPV, i know it's scruffles for the team, yes my feathers got ruffled my panties in a twist, there are many other reasons behind it. and wheni tried to epress that your reaspons was blah blah blah.. =/ also that was about our team, not therrs. but your right im being overly sensitve, alot of things during this game have gotten to me. i broke.

Scruff and UVD have been MVP for their respective teams through two challenges.
IMO (although I'm not a judge ((fuck stank ho @starwars))).. Sure this game is about team work, but anyone who's seen the show, knows that when it's time to cut someone.. You throw everyone under the bus.
Like I said.. Bunch of pusses.

Yeah #NotQuiteWinnersYet have gotten lucky having 2 people that wanted to quit...but even they didnt think twice and sure mentioned that person right away

see that's a rub for me.. just cause someones a virgo doens't always equal a great leader. i lead for a living lolol i have been in maagement for close to 30 years off and on. soooooo. andmaybe becuase i do that for a living trying to do it for fun is not a good choice.
