Do Gemni Men distant themselves from time to time?

I have a friend that is a gemni. Our communication was going pretty good but he hasn't called me in over a week now. I called him one time within the last week and he did not answer and did not return my phone call. The following day I texted him and he responded back. A few days later I texted him again and he responded. He said he will call me but he hasn't. I know he has been going through alot so maybe that's why he hasn't call. Not sure. I would like to hear what others have to say.

Typical..they remind me so much of Pisces but in a different sense..dont be suprised if they come backt reporting what they have in the meantime.I love the gemini's ..Im a gem rising...most of my best friends are gemini!

I think its typical I mean I do that with aquaintances.. With friends I sometimes do that too. I do it because (a) I forget or (b) because im not in the mood to speak to YOU in particular but if another friend calls or texts i'll answer them lol. Dont take it personal but its just I have to be in a certain mood to speak to certain people.

Thats how it works for me.

and yes we can HONESTLY forget things like this. For example I have a REALLY good sag friend him and I have been friends for a while. I knew his birthday was coming up (I didnt remember the exact date and I've deleted my facebook so there was no way of finding out) so I text him on monday and I was like its your bday soon isnt it? and he goes yes wednesday. So wednesday comes around, my other gemini friend rings me and shes like its so and so's bday today did you text or call him yet? I was like omg no fuck i completely forgot (i did) lol so I said to her "i'll text him now!". I somehow forgot to do it right then and there got carried away by other things and I met up with my gemini friend later than night about 9pm for dinner. She asks me "did you text him?" I was like AW NO FUCK!! I forgot!! and I did it then and there.

So you see, we really DO forget sometimes.

😆 haha well maybe he's like me. i don't like to talk on the phone :/ usually use my phone to tell time 😛 but i do talk occasionally when my friends call me. if they don't, i'll either not contact them because i don't think about doing that. I would also talk to them online or in person. i think that's the extent of my communication. i'm bad at keeping in contact with people.

Ditto! If I'm not needed for anything major, then I'm usually just gathering my thoughts.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I guess the reason I am concern is because I really like this guy and would like for it to eventually turn into something more. I guess I just need to play it cool and see what will happen. I'm a capricorn by the way.

Omg nats! We are very similar. The exact situation happens to me with my cancer friend birthday. She actually didn't speak to me for a year when I forgot her birthday. I didn't do this intentionally. I even asked her a week before and I still forgot. However, I am the most generous person. I will give freely and I love to give gifts throughout the year. I can understand why she was upset though but a year is too long to be mad at gemini! I was over it the week after and forgot that she was even upset until she happen to call.

hey Mr Nice. 🙂 for me it's the disappointment of plans being canceled or postponed. i don't like to feel disappointed. but, i don't stay angry for long. i normally find something else to do instead.

@Mr. Nice. I wouldn't feel any way. People forget my birthday all the time. It may be the way that I was raised. We didn't celebrate birthdays. I always think of her all year and she gets mad over one day! So I don't do anything at all. Don't like when it becomes materialistic. Accept me for who I am. I've known her since eighth grade.

My moon is in Capricorn Btw. I can be a bit detached sometimes.

Yeah we don't like late at all! If you do show up , you wont find me there. Now that's just a waste of my time! I never said Gems played fair. However we do play well! 😉

how true....my situation....this gemini guy dated me two times ( and wasnt at all a communicative guy anyway) and disappeared....at least you are lucky he responded toyour texts if not to your call...he never replied to my one text i sent him....its been around 10 days now...I guess they just move on with their own reasons which you dont have to know...
