Gem girl suddenly ghosting me? (I think)

Hey all,

I've been dating this gem girl for 2 months, everything has been going really well but recently she's been so hard to reach.

The last time we hung out she texted me back 1 week later (the longest we've not texted or talked) and asked to hang out. I had a busy week and took 3 days to reply and she completely seemed to ignore the message.

After 1 week of my message I messaged her again (double texted her) asking if we can hang out this weekend and it's been 1 day (not much I know but she hasn't replied in almost 2 weeks) and I'm starting to think she's ghosting me now 😢

If she was ghosting me I would deal with it and move on but everything was going really well and this ghost act is out of the blue so I have no idea what to think!

I really like her and I'm starting to miss her but I don't know what to do or expect from this. Is it over? She has been good with texting up until her last text.

If it helps, she is gem sun and moon with a cancer rising

P.s. I'm not sure if this is relevant but after reading through our texts I realised I replied to her last text a bit bluntly, I don't know if this is even important because my texting has never been that great but I can't seem to think of ANYTHING else that may have happened that has got her to suddenly be so turned off by me.

UPDATE: We talk through Whatsapp and just now she finally opened my messages and read them! But still no reply 😢

It's okay, I feel like I would know if I bored her because she probably wouldn't have asked me on another date after a last one except she did! She asked me and then didn't respond for a while which is why I was confused and wanted some advice.

I'm usually quite good at figuring out how people are feeling and all our dates went really well, this is very out of the blue.

Yea, unfortunately we talk a lot if we really like someone and especially in the beginning phases of dating. There is virtually no actual reason why you wouldn't hear from us in a week if we really like you. Time to move on for you

She actually came back to me today and ended things. It was actually a nice message and she explained that she didn't have the time right now to be dating and it sounded like she was very overwhelmed with work and her PhD.

She didn't sound too interested. When a Gem is interested... you'll know 100% .

At least now you have some closure. Good luck!!!
