Sounds to me like the only thing he’s interested in is making out with you because he thinks you’re hot and you’ll give him the opportunity to do so. To not text you or acknowledge what happened, on top of that likes to make out with another chic...the signs are there. not interested.if it were me I’d move on. You could try talking to him point blank, but from what you’ve posted, I doubt he’s interested in anything beyond a steamy make out session
