Gemini man provoking drama??

Hello all! I met a Gemini man when I was a sophomore in high school. We had a casual, flirty acquaintanceship and the night before graduation he confessed a crush (albeit while trying to get down my pants. It didn't happen.) we hang a few more times (still casually and innocent) and then he drops off the earth. When I do see him around town...he stares me down while completely avoiding me.

I go off to pursue big city college and career in NYC, while he isn't college educated but still gets his own independent city life on in Boston (not far from, but an escape from, our hometown). Sometimes when I'm home we casually and innocently hang out. Except for one of the last times...what started out casually ended far from innocent and it was awesome.

We stay in touch and I let him know I'm relocating to Boston come summer. He insinuates we'd be spending time together but when the time comes it is actually me who initiates conversation. We hang out and have a good time but I could definitely sense there was someone else.

About a month into things I get a 2am text from him staying I was "just a fuck in his rotation of women." The next day..a flurry of messages stating that it was his ex that sent that text to everyone...please don't let it mess things up with us!

No more sex together but we still stay in touch. I still keep it PG sensing there's someone else. Come November, I don't like being the pursuer and stop. And he picks up. Yet flakes again when he initiates plans and fails to follow through. I sent an embarrassing text telling him off and neither of us have spoken to each other since.

Until last night. I wake up to see he texted me at 3:30 am to say "don't hit me up anymore. I'm in a relationship and it's making a mess of it." Wtf is this—!!!! It's been a month since the last time I spoke to him and then get this completely unprovoked!! Any thoughts on what to make of this?

Sometimes you do not have to do anything. Geminis are able to create drama out of nothing...

It was to get your attention. C'mon..... Contacting you after a month? Smh... Shit you do when you know that someone isn't interested in you, but you want to keep communcating, so he can string you along.
