Gemini's - growing old gracefully or fighting it?

I know most of y'all are still in your 20's but how do Gemini's feel about looking older? Up until I turned 30, people still said I looked exactly like I did at 16. Supposedly I still look younger than my age but I see some changes. I found myself in Sephora buying some nice moisturizer the other day. Yeah I know that's a far cry from flipping out and having something done at the plastic surgeons office but I never thought I'd be spending that kind of money on some face cream lol.

Are y'all going to enjoy looking your age or fight to remain looking young?
Tips I can give for young girls that my mom told me when I was younger: wear sunscreen on your arms when you're driving the car because your left arm will get sun damage if you do a lot of driving. Wear sunscreen on your face, neck and chest. Moisturize your neck and chest and not just your face or you will have a younger looking face but your neck and chest...not so good.

i'm almost 40 and still look like i'm in my 20's. but, i'm not gonna fight it when it starts to catch up with me... i have no interest in putting tons of chemicals on myself, just to keep my youthful look. but, that's me. 🙂

My ex mother in law (a Libra) was like too MissLissa. She would use some crystal thing as deodorant and brushed her teeth with something other than toothpaste but I forgot what it was. I remember wondering how all the vodka tonic she drank fit in with all that, since she was an alcoholic. Seriously she always smelled like booze, I think it seeped out of her pores.

lol! well, it's a good thing i don't drink... no, i use soaps and all that... just not that anti-aging stuff. it scares me. lol!

L'Occitane makes natural skin care products, which is what I use, and probably why it costs so darn much.

I think I may give Wineaux's plan a try. May not actually look younger but who doesn't look good with a smile on their face right?

I've good genes on both sides of the fam, I'm a Gemini, and I take care of my body, to a point. 😉 People are always commenting that I never age. I was working out at a friends dojo and couldn't believe that kids 18 can't lift their legs over their waistline.

What I'd like to know is what sign ages the worst? Hmmmm..... *Ponders*

Gemini is always youthful, we have the best age-defying dynamics.

I'd assume it's a sign that is always miserable or angry...

i just went through it 3 months ago with the libra... realizing i should have done the same when i came to the boards seeking advice about him 2 1/2 years ago. but, it was dead for the last year...

but, bouncing back is an easy thing to do, for us gems, imo. i really do hope things get better for you soon!! 🙂

i am 32 i look like i am 24 tops lol we are lucky that way we age very gracefully. and no i dont need to do anything about my looks as i age. you get old it happens accepted or suffer up to you

i'll 38 in a month and pass for 32. Mostly it's looking after yourself, outlook on life not just lucky genes. just a humble opinion.

hahahahahhaha!!! I'd love to venture a guess. Taurus! Only because they love la dolce vita and can tend to laziness and letting themselves go........

LOL, in that case i'm glad i am a taurus/gemini cusp😉 I'm in my forties and throughout my life have always been told i looked a good 10 years younger. Most recently a dermatologist had my age pegged for younger😉 I think geminis are young at heart and always stay that way.

You're wife is blessed to have you then, because a lot of Sag's don't live to get old because they think that they know every damn thing. HaHaHa! i.e. Bruce Lee, Bill Hicks, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, John F. Kennedy Jr., and I'm sure there are more. I guess if they make it past 40 it goes downhill from there— Too bad if that's true, I usually like Sag's, in the beginning, then they pull that Sag b.s. then I have to show the "Other" twin. 😢

But, I still have a hard time believing it would be Sag's. I'm leaning towards Pisces. Without plastic surgery I think they'd fall apart. My G-ma aged like crap, just lived forever. :/

I'm 33 and still get carded depending on my hair style and attire. I doubt I will do anything drastic to keep my youth except to live well now. I take Women's One A Day, drink plenty of water, monitor my food and alcohol intake, and exercise. If you look the same as you did at 16, then you should age gracefully. That's all I want. I don't mind aging, I just want to do it well.
