Jealous kind?

Hey, I'm a Capricorn, but with an ascendent in Gemini.
I'm surrounded by Geminis. My best friend is a Gemini, my mother is a Gemini too.

I however have a question about your sign if I may.

Are Geminis the jealous kind?
My best friend is very possessive of me. We've been talking everyday
for years and if I tell him about other men, he hates it.

Also, he met this girl not long ago, a Gemini, she's the total opposite of me. She started
saying that my Gemini best friend is her best friend (After knowing each other for weeks only).
I asked my friend about him and he told me they get along great but she's not his kind.
She's in a relationship, but Idk, sometimes it's like she's possessive of him. Told me
she wouldn't like it if my Gemini best friend had another best friend. She doesn't seem to know
about me, but sometimes I feel like telling her to back off because my friend is my best friend and
has been for 8 years.

How will my Gemini best friends react if I do?

PS: Unrelated, but my mother is 70 and she's like a 24 y/o girl sometimes. I love her craziness and I've been told it's a Gemini trait. She's the best mother ever. Geminis are awesome

It does rather sound like your friend has romantic feelings for you, and that this other Gem has romantic feelings for HIM.

I don't care if my friends (or even my husband) hang out with other people, as long as I don't feel ignored and as long as I don't get the impression they're having more fun without me. Even if it's not true, I like to maintain the illusion, in my head, that wherever I am is where the fun is.
